    The work was done readily after I called Berkey's. Our kitchen sink drains into a pipe that runs horizontally about 8 feet before reaching the main sewer drain. It readily has matter collect there, clogging it. So the Berkey's repair man cleaned it out, and got the drain running rapidly. As normal, the repair work done by Berkey's is well done, and the representative covers other matters. For instance the plumber told us that we could use 4" thick filter rather than the 1" currently used. We didn't know this was possible. All in all, the work was done with competence and I am very pleased

    DFW Plumbing and Drains LLC did an outstanding job at my residence. Their first time out my water heater's pilot light would not stay on and Master Plumber Phil immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it in minimal time. I subsequently called them back to install a natural gas lined into my Kitchen for the placement of my electric cook top. Master Plumber Phil came out took measurements, tied into my home's master gas line, drilled through my exterior brick veneer wall below the Kitchen counter top and installed the new gas line in minimal time. New Gas line was metered and pressure tested for leaks and passed. Master Plumber Phil is a great American, Professional, respectful and courteous. He stuck to the initial estimate which was very reasonable. Kayla scheduled the city inspection which passed with flying colors. I highly recommend DFW Plumbing and Drains! Keep up the great service.     Water pressure was due to dirt in faucet. He showed us how to take faucet apart and clean but said if problem continued we would probably have to get a new faucet. Stove top was not able to be fixed and he advised us to have someone measure and then install a new stove top. I was pleased with his opinion especially since I had already had someone out who told me I had a leak which I already knew and then said I needed a gas plumber.     Excellent! The plumbers(Thomas and Justin) truly worked diligently all day to find the leak, crawling in and out from under the house. They were determined to find the leak(they did). They were truly professional every step of the way, assuring me they would find the problem. If I had to rate them, I would give them 10+.     I have an old house and they have situations that can be difficult. They had to crawl into the crawl space. He had to go above and beyond to get in extremely cramped place. He saved me from trashing the whole gas system and water heater. He also made sure the heater taht goes to my air conditioning system was fixed. He was incredibly good at what he did. I cant explain the kind of sacrifice to get that done. They did it for a price less then their competitors

    They found a leak, and replaced about 20 feet of bad pipe. The put a permit through the city, and made sure it passed code. They were able to get my heat back. I called them back to do another gas leak detection for my pool, of which they were able to find another leak (Fixed for around $500).     I do not recommend this company for anything. Avoid Bacon plumbing, electrical, hvac, drains, roofing and whatever else they tell you they know how to do. If they do this type of work on a commercial property I can only imagine what they would do at your house. I complained about the unprofessional job they did with foil tape so they came back and put a boot on like they should have done from the beginning. The only problem is that underneath that foil tape they put in a screw that penetrated the roof membrane which when removed turned into a roof leak. This was the second roof leak that they caused and refused to pay for the repairs. They also recommended a 21k sewer line replacement which after getting a second opinion turns out did not need to be done. They talk a good game and will beat you over the head about how great they are but while they may have fancy trucks and a cool slogan, behind the facade of maketing is poor workmanship and a lack of eithics
