When called them back after new part installed they said it would cost another $50 to replace drive belt. They did not even run machine after first part installed to see if it was fixed. (Amazon cost for belt $20). I did not agree and was treated very poorly verbally by man on phone and received no cooperation or refund at all. Would not recommend this outfit to anyone."
