Turned out my drain filter was plugged with a sponge. But he checked every other possible cause for leaks even though we found the cause early on. It was very thorough.

The work went fine, but the price Sue told me I'd pay and what Bud actually charged me was significantly more. No parts involved, just 10 minutes of labor. I won't hire them again, but there's nothing wrong with their work. Just be prepared to be gouged.

"Sorry you did not understand the service charge is charged o my when repairs are not done. The service charge, also minimum charge depending on type of appliance and your location ranges from $79.50 plus tax to 99.50 is tax. I believe you said your appliance was repaired and working when he left."

Technician replaced a drain box, took no time to replace, and is now the freezer is working perfectly. It was like having a very smart and handy neighbor in our home. Great customer service!

Bud was very friendly and I enjoyed having him in my home. Unfortunately, my less than 2 year old ice maker had to be replaced (Kitchenaid), but I feel he was honest about his assessment. I will use this company again.

He was extremely educational. It turned out that the problems were not with my machines. The dryer vent was blocked which was causing the clothes to dry slowly. The dishwasher had more filters than I had known, and I needed to clean them all to get clean dishes. He made a few other suggestions which have all worked well. He was here at least 30 minutes and came the day after I called.

Bud came on 10/27/15 to diagnose problem with oven and discovered transformer in oven and breaker in breaker box was bad. He did not have parts on truck and had to order them and return the following day. He completed the repairs the next day and was very helpful on his recommendations on washer,dryers, & dish washers. During our conversation we asked him about our Jenn-Air stove top and asked if he had parts for it. He had them in his truck and replaced the burner, receptacle, & pans. Now my wife has no excuses for not cooking. Bud was very knowledgeable & neat while performing the repairs.
