Glenn was quick to respond and schedule an appointment at my convenience. The repairman was in and out in a timely manner and fixed the issue at a great rate. I would definitely call them again!

Glenn returned phone call immediately after trying to contact him. Discussed issue with Dryer and schedule was made for 2 hours later (on SUNDAY) that afternoon. As agreed upon Glenn showed up a few minutes before the appointment. After evaluation possible diagnosis over the phone was incorrect so he fixed the problem once it was figured out. He was very professional, very courteous Fixed the problem, bill was very acceptable, he received payment and departed the same way he arrived. I would use this gentleman again and will refer him to others. They will like his service and response time. Thanks Glenn, job well done!!! :-)

It went alright. He fixed everything as he said he would. Just was later than he said, because previous jobs went long.

Do not hire these people! First of all Glenn Jr is weird... he was talking to his and was screaming on the phone while repairing my refrigerator which made me a little uncomfortable. Second of all he cleared out the ice but my refrigerator is still not working. I keep calling and Glenn Sr says Jr will call me back and I just told him that’s what you said yesterday and then he says well i can’t force him to call you!

Response was immediate. Repairs were completed right away. Price was good. Highly recommend!

It went great! I was happy that Glenn Sr. asked me to send photos of the broken part ahead of time so that Glenn Jr. could arrive with it and save the time to wait for the part. Glenn Sr was also a blast to talk to on the phone. I was waiting for Glenn Jr to call me back and I asked Glenn Sr if Jr would call me that same night. "Yeah, if he still wants this job!" he joked. It's so nice that this is a family business. Once Glenn Jr arrived, it was no-nonsense repair work that didn't take too long. The washer works great now.

I called Glenn's to have someone come out to look at a chest freezer that had quit working. They were able to have a repairman come out on the same day I called. The repairman spent about 30-45 minutes working on the unit before determining the compressor had gone bad. He only charged me the call out fee.

Glenn came the same day I called, on a Sunday, the day before Christmas Eve to see if he could repair my oven that day. He was able to quickly diagnose it was the board. He walked us through each step the diagnostics he ran, which I found very helpful in understanding where the problem was. Unfortunately the part is no longer made, he did find that it could be sent in for repair. In the event I have a problem with an appliance, I will call Glenn again.

He installed a rubber boot for the washine mac part and still did not work .He took the part back with him saying he will return to the store and send me the check. He does tell me that the check is mailed. And the check never arrives since 20 days. And now he does not answer the phone. The Angies list should do more checks on these kind of contractors before listed on their website

Glenn was great at diagnosing the problem however he didn't come back with the ordered part on the projected date. He had to order it from another supplier which is fine but he didn't contact us to let us know there would be a delay. Communication isn't their strong point but the service once he got the part was great. Now that I know how they work, I'd hire them again!

Didnt go well at all. Relied on Company to contact tenants to do repairs they either never called or one were contacted made appointments then didnt show up. We cant run our property management company with a service company that doesnt return calls or show up for appointments.

The repairman performed a procedure he thought would resolve the problem. When I continued to have the problem I called the company, explained the problem, and was promised that he would call me. Neither he nor anyone else called.

couldn't ask for better, they were great,on time, fast, affordable.

Mr Glenn came to my home that same day ordered the part and replaced it the next day Awesome service and great price for service Thanks!

After fixing the sink, it's leaking. So I will call him to get a description of why. All else great work.

He came four times and we paid for multiple parts and service calls and the problem was never resolved. Mr Townsend sent his son each time and the son was unpresentable in social skills and attire. We spent all this $$ and time and still don’t have an operable I’ve maker

Ice maker not working. Glenn's son came in and identified the problem (cracked water filter), flushed the line and got us back in business. Price excellent and no overtime charge on weekend.
