It went well. The repairman did an excellent job. It didn't take long, and he was very professional.

Told me I needed a repair that was $250+. Declined and purchased new washing machine. Told my wife $45 for the call. Charged me $75 and said he had to do additional work.

The owner is top notch and so knowledgeable and professional. I have never been so pleased with a service. This is the third time I have had them out and each time the problem was taken care of at a fair price. I would highly highly recommend!!! And no extra charge for a Sunday visit!!!

Came same day, accomodating my request for a late day appointment. He called to let me know he was on the way. Completed work quickly and tested before leaving. Very courteous. I will certainly call him again should I need repairs to appliances.

Excellent service - able to repair the dryer instead of having to buy a new dryer.

Mr. Patrawala was very efficient and got the faulty circuit board repaired instead of my having to order another one. I am very pleased with his prompt work and would be glad to recommend him to my neighbors.

Washing machine was damaged due to power surge/lightning strike. They came out the very night we called and he was troubleshooting the machine for a good two hours. Decided that a part needed to be replaced (this was at 9pm so he was unable to get it that night). Came back the very next day with the part and repaired the washing machine as good as new. Great guy, very polite and focused.

I contacted the provider early in the morning and he told me that he would get back with me to inform me whether or not he could make the service call on that day.  I called the provider back and he worked me into his schedule.  The job took approximately an hour and a half because he had to leave and pick up the part needed for the repairs.  I was told that the service charge would $45.00 and if he was able to repair the washer machine, then there would not be a $45.00 service charge.  The provider was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I would defintely use his service again and would recommend him to family, friends and the public.

Excellent service ! I tried to call a number of repair services but it was after 5:00pm on a Sunday and no one was willing to come out until I called All Appliance Repair. He came right out and got my fridge up and running again before any of my food spoiled. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly to repair our refrigerator.

He was so sweet. He initially couldn't quite put his finger on what was wrong at first. He got it to wash but figured that it probably wasn't completely correct. He left and did some research. He called me and asked if he could come back...He had an idea of what the root problem was. He was right and promptly completed the repair. His willingness to conquer the problem was refreshing.
