"We found â  Roof Magicâ  on Angi. Our insurance company requested us to clean our roof due to a dark, almost black, color in areas especially on the North side. I had never heard of this! When I spoke to the representative he explained that this a type of â  livingâ  growth that is prevalent in humid climates.
