"We found â  Roof Magicâ  on Angi. Our insurance company requested us to clean our roof due to a dark, almost black, color in areas especially on the North side. I had never heard of this! When I spoke to the representative he explained that this a type of â  livingâ  growth that is prevalent in humid climates. He went on to explain how and what they clean it with, he even sent some before and after photos of work they had done.
