Alex texted me that he was 25 minutes away, and arrived just after 1:00PM.
It took him less than 20 minutes to hand me a written estimate for well under $150.
Alex had to go get the part, and texted me when he was 10 minutes away from returning. Another 20/30 minutes and I was writing a check for my now properly heating dryer.
Excellent service, properly friendly tech, no upselling. A+
- I contacted James after my tenant complained the refrigerator wasn't cooling. It was the second time in less than a week that the frig went out so I needed to get someone out quickly and who was available after 5 pm to accommodate my tenant's schedule. Another company went out a week prior and replaced a part, charging my warranty company $600+. James quickly responded, identified the issue and made the repair.
He is knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue, as well as what had been overlooked previously.
