Lupe has come to our home twice, once to repair our microwave and once to troubleshoot and repair a water leak on our refrigerator. He is very meticulous, works quickly, and gives you different repair options. He looks for the most economical way to get your appliance back in service. We will definitely call Andys again for our future repair needs.

My freezer drain was clogged with ice build up. The technician defrosted the ice with a special tool and the freezer now drains properly and no water is dripping into the refrigerator. The technician checked to confirm my ice maker was hooked up properly. I would recommend this company to others.

Outstanding! Andy's Appliance Repair has been bought by a new owner since I last used them. Since it was Sunday, the new owner did not have any service personnel available. However, he talked my handyman through the diagnosis and repair and thereby virtually fixed it! No charge for what took him a considerable amount of time! I don't know anyone else who would reach out like this! I definitely recommend them for their responsiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness - - all for NO CHARGE! Thanks!!

Lupe was courteous, prompt, and professional. He wore a mask to help keep us safe from COVID-19. The job was done quickly and the price was reasonable. There was no attempt to "find" other things wrong, which I really appreciated.

Both techniocian and owner assisted in installing oven; both polite, knowledgeable and virus alert.

Amazing service! Andy's Repair were able to come the same day and fix my dishwasher. Luckily, they said they didn't need to order any parts to fix the draining issue I was having, but guaranteed if I had issues, they would apply the service charges paid today towards the ultimate repair if I called within 30 days of service. The repairman was extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again if I have any future appliance issues!

I must say that Andy's Repair is one of the best companies I have dealt with. Lupe is not only very knowledgeable, but extremely friendly and professional. Our dryer was not working at all and it was a late afternoon call. Instead of having to wait two days for someone to show up, he helped us by changing his schedule and stopping by to fix the dryer on his way to a family members house. It was above and beyond what he had to do and what was expected. If there was a grade higher than an A, I would give. Highly, highly recommend.
