Was charged $310 and washing machine not repaired. Was misdiagnosed as bad speed sensor needed to be replaced. When called them back after new part installed they said it would cost another $50 to replace drive belt. They did not even run machine after first part installed to see if it was fixed. (Amazon cost for belt $20). I did not agree and was treated very poorly verbally by man on phone and received no cooperation or refund at all. Would not recommend this outfit to anyone.

refrigerator was repaired but I was charged for parts that were not used and grossly overcharged for Freon that was not provided. I had to go to arbitration to get the matter resolved and monies refunded that had been overcharged. Review your quote and parts provided thoroughly!

EXCELLENT. Mr. Appliance Repair was able to come to my home in the same day I called!!! I was having a dinner party and needed help desperately! He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly! Very reasonable price and extremely professional.

Jermaine went above and beyond the call of duty! He was extremely professional, explained the problem with my refrigerator in detail to where I could understand, which I greatly appreciated. It went very smoothly. The technician was great, he arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem. My dishwasher was out for only 2days and now it’s fixed. I definitely recommend this appliance company.

They were nice, on time, but took so long to do the job. The microwave they fixed stop working, they want to fix it again but they will charge me again. Everything that they fixed stop working except the oven. It will also be nice to know if they will offer a warranty.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my refrigerator repaired in one visit. I was provided a very competitively priced estimate of repair required prior to work being done. Additionally, he also made a suggestion to clean the coils which I believe has improved the efficiency of my refrigerator. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for your appliance repair needs.

I would not recommend this company, they completely overcharged for what was done. I didn’t need any parts a weight came off my dryer drum that the technician was able to glue back on. Spent way to much time doing what needed to be done. Never gave me an estimate so I could say if I wanted to pay that amount to get it fixed. I paid $440.00 before tax to get a weight glued back on my dryer drum. When I called the company the guy would not do anything to fix the problem or do any kind of refund whatsoever, just kept making excuses as to why it cost that much. Be very careful using this company for anything you need repaired, I believe they scam people and when your husband isn’t working because of weather and all the Covid stuff, it really hurts to be taken advantage of. Please use a different company for you repair needs

In this case, there were several options for repair; purchase of a new dryer drum (which is extremely expensive) or correct the problem by fixing the defective part (which is labor-intensive). The lower-cost labor-intensive solution option to repair the defective part was selected. I'm pleased the dryer continues to operate well. As with all Mr. Appliance services, you have a 1-year part and labor warranty."
