I put the inquiry in around 6pm and Gabriel responded within minutes. After I responded back with the issue he was quick to respond and came out the next morning. He communicated everything he was checking and looking for and figured out the issue relatively quick. Found the part, picked it up and returned quickly to install it. Gabriel also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. He was great!

Gabriel kept in touch with me from the start to the end of the project. He saved me about $50 by recommending a better, less expensive product. He cleaned up the worksite and gave me a demonstration on how to trouble my appliance. I will use A 10 again.

12/5/23. Gabriel James with A 10 Appliance Repair was the technician for my oven repair. He responded immediately to my text and he arrived at my home on time the very next day. He offered to show me his Angi badge as proof of identification. He was polite, experienced, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He quickly identified the issue with my oven, clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my oven, quoted a reasonable fee for his service, and completed the repair in a timely manner. He also gave me good pointers on how to clean my oven. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my oven repair from start to finish. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. You wonâ t find a better or more honest appliance man than Gabriel James with A 10 Appliance Repair.

Polite and professional

Gabriel was already a professional during the initial call and helped us understand what might be the cause of our dishwasher's heating issue, and gave us an estimate. He spent time checking different parts that might be the culprit. And because I've researched beforehand, I had tons of questions about common dishwasher issues, and even unrelated ones, all of which he excitedly answered. He's an expert in everything about dishwashers, appliances, home electronics, plumbing, and probably more areas. He was also upfront and transparent in pricing of parts vs. labor. I'll keep recommending him to friends and family.
