Tim came ready to find solutions to screen our patio, preserving easy access to the garden and pool and giving us space to host family dinners in any weather. The roof was extended, one side wall needed to be taller, gutters were removed and replaced where necessary. Jason, who did the work, was punctual, courteous, and obviously in command of his craft. We could not be more pleased with the result. The screened patio protects us from rain, wind and mosquitoes and is now so much easier to keep clean."

His bid was in line with the other contractors that I talked with, but the reason I chose Alliance was the fact that he provided me with photographs of several jobs that he had worked on over the past year. I went and looked at the work at a couple of his close-by jobs and the workmanship was very good. I am a structural engineer by education and training and while a lot of companies can place concrete and finish it well, the true proof is in the preparation of the subgrade and the quality of the concrete during the pour. Jose did a great job of making sure the subgrade was compacted, the rebar properly placed, and the concrete was nearly perfect. The finish at the end of the day was a 9/10. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making sure our house was protected from concrete spatter."
