We hired Jose to do the decking for our new gunite pool and now regret hiring him. The company failed to properly backfill the area with crushed rock or sand and now the concrete has cracked 18 tiles of our coping. Jose is not taking responsibility nor does he want to rectify the issue as he said he would. We are now stuck with a repair job for the tiles his company broke due to the poor workmanship. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY POOL DECKING WORK BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE WORK...

Communication was very good, tentativeness to detail and lead time met expectations. There was a small change that resulted in a $500 credit and it was returned to me. Therefore, I have the upmost respect for their integrity!
