Mr. Padilla came out when he said he would be there, and finished up on time! His bid was thousands cheaper than others. All damage repaired, wallpaper textured over, everything painted, and pictures put back on the walls! Free offer from Mr. Padilla, and it was his ideal!!! My window sills looked terrible.
