"They were friendly, honest (so many other contractors outright lie to you), accurate with their bid, prompt with keeping the installation appointment and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

"Our windows were in dire need of a good cleaning (embarrassingly so). We just had our windows thoroughly cleaned by Window Genie of Fort Worth and we could not be happier. All windows, inside and out, bottom tracks cleaned out, front and back doors and mold / staining of exterior brick window sills all handled. The owner, Chuck Street, whom when he came to our home early last week for an estimate was very professional and courteous. The two individuals that came this morning, John and Jason, were outstanding, kind, professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I also needed some help moving a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and get put back into place which they were more than happy to help us with. Very reasonably priced. My wife and I are extremely happy with them and will definitely use them again."

He followed up our consultation with extensive context and notes on the project, and quoted me a price that was very competitive with the research I had completed on my own. At the lasts minute, I figured I would ask him if he could also fix the siding / wood rot around the entire exterior of the house. Even though this fell outside of his specialty, he found a way to make it work and quoted me a very fair price for the requested services. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
