It was great. They included everything they committed within the timeline. Every work was detailed including the materials and technical details that needed to be done. Very professional , very detailed oriented, and easy to work with. I was very impressed how professional they worked. They did it within one day and the preparation was very detailed. They gave me status report of the work.

Nick got things done quick, I am a property manager, I simply give Nick the address and tenants information, Nick will meet with adjusters, check the roof conditions, work with insurance and landlord to get roof replaced. I refer Nick to my friends who need help. And I do check the jobs their team does, if found any problem, he will come back fix it, however, this hardly the case.

Nick is a great person to deal with. Great crew made the whole process painless.

Awesome everything was quickly repaired with such high quality that I told several of my close friends about Discount Roofing.

My job was not just a new roof caused by hail storm, we also changed out a dormer on the roof. Nick was responsive and worked with us through the process. He was fast and got the job done right. He was very meticulous through the process down to the smallest details as to what type of attic vent to use, type of gutters etc...He sent a supervisor out to look at the job every day and Nick followed up on the special dormer project which was very complex job aside from the roof. Great results at a reasonable price! I rarely spend time to put in a review so when I do, it is meaningful.

They explained what they would do, showed me pictures of what it looked like. They did a great job, answered my questions, and cleaned up after finished the job.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Nick came out and explained everything to us about the process of getting a new roof. Came out to personally meet the adjuster. Pointed out a couple of things the adjuster missed and stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure all was completed within a timely manner. Looked over all the insurance paperwork to make certain all damages were included. Job was completed in one day. He showed up at the beginning, middle and end of day to make sure all was going accordingly. Also came by after job completion to check for stray nails. The crew was professional and courteous as well and kept it as tidy as possible. All in all this couldn't have been an easier process. One we were not looking forward to. Great experience. Will definitely call again for service when needed!!

Nick did a great job from meeting the initial State Farm inspector to completion. He answered all calls/texts/emails promptly, assisted with paperwork, helped out with additional repairs and always followed through and honored his word. We would absolutely use Discount Roofing again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nick actually was driving by and stopped to help us move some furniture. He made a bid on the roof and was very competitive..also very honest and upfront. Job was interrupted by rain, but he was careful at all times to make sure roof was never vulnerable. They worked one area at a time, only stripping what they could replace immediately. It took them longer, but that was a plus to me because they insured the rain would not come when the roof had no tiles in any area. Roof looks great, and they cleaned the area well. Everyone was polite and careful of animals and people entering and leaving property.

Great experience with these guys - they came right away and patched up my roof the same afternoon. They really hustled and finished before another storm came through. I'll definitely be calling them again.

I talked to several roofing companies but decided to hire Discount Roofing for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I felt comfortable with them. They were very patient with me and helped me at every step throughout the process. I'm an engineer by trade and some might say I'm a perfectionist. So I'm probably not the easiest customer to deal with. They upgraded me from attic vents to roof ridge vents at no additional charge. I have lots of large trees and noticed that the ridge vents could possible catch leaf debris in the fall and possibly clog up so they custom installed screening in the edges of the roof vents at no additional charge. Well 2 years later, the screening is working perfectly and my attic stays much cooler in the summers now. It was big difference. I definitely chose the right company. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the attention to details. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I also upgraded to impact resistant type II shingles for a very reasonable price and recently experienced another hail event in 2014. The new shingles help up remarkably well and I also received a significant discount from my insurance company.
