Very well. The salesman/owner provided research and film samples to help us decide the best covering. He was clear about what film could and could not do in terms of reducing heat exchange and UV rays. The worker arrived at the appointed time, worked carefully and efficiently. He applied film to 4 16" x 67" windows. We are very pleased with the results.

We are repeat customers.  Spectrum Glass Coatings has installed window film in two homes for us.  They are helpful in guiding selection of film that will fulfil the job for the room.  I have been very pleased with the professionalism of the owner, the installer and their product.

Spectrum was prompt in all appointments (price quote, install, warranty) and had the best price of the 3 quotes I obtained.  They offered a wide selection of film from multiple manufacturers.  They took the time to understand my needs and make recommendations on the film manufacturer and type that would best meet those needs.  Spectrum was very accommodating on the install date and timing.  The installers did an excellent job (no bubbles, dust, etc) and they caused no damage to our home or belongings.  Since install, we have had one warranty claim on the film and Spectrum has addressed the claim with no issues or hassle.  Our experience with Spectrum has been excellent from the initial price quote all the way to the warranty claim.

It took us no more than three contacts with the company from start to the finish. We called them and they gave a rough estimate over the phone, and setup an appointment to visit and make measurements. Jim was right on time, and he gave us very good information on all of our options. He left a couple of samples so we could see how the films would look at day and at night. He even took measurements for windows that I was wavering on whether to tint or not. The quote was sent over email and clearly segregated the cost by room along with optional warranties and so on. This  made it very easy for us to decide which windows would fit in our budget. The appointment was set for within a week's time. The person who installed, Brad, came right on time, took care to get the right ladder (our windows are way up high) and not damage the walls. He installed very quickly and was courteous thru the process. We have been very satisfied with the process thus far. 

Excellent experience overall.  No hard sell on the products and Jim was good at answering our questions.  Gave us the pros and cons of each of the product choices.  We've seen a reduction in the electric bill and the window film significantly reduces the sun's glare.  I like the added benefit of the windows being more difficult to see in from the outside.

Glad we went with option as opposed to solar screens.

I found the price reasonable given all the benefits of the window film.
