Window Genie Fort Worth

Our windows were in dire need of a good cleaning (embarrassingly so). We just had our windows thoroughly cleaned by Window Genie of Fort Worth and we could not be happier. All windows, inside and out, bottom tracks cleaned out, front and back doors and mold / staining of exterior brick window sills all handled. The owner, Chuck Street, whom when he came to our home early last week for an estimate was very professional and courteous. The two individuals that came this morning, John and Jason, were outstanding, kind, professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I also needed some help moving a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and get put back into place which they were more than happy to help us with. Very reasonably priced. My wife and I are extremely happy with them and will definitely use them again.

Excellent and professionally done. Patrick did a fantastic job on our windows.

There were some problems. The technician broke several of our screens. The owner had to come out and have new screens rebuilt for us. There were supposed to be two technicians and they only sent one. He was in a hurry when he came. 

The owner Chuck was really quick to respond when I sent an email about what happened. I did have to call several times to find out where our screens were though. The windows were really clean. I also had to pay extra because we have inside window screens and extra windows then what was covered on the Big Deal.

They did a great job.

What a difference! I have an older home with windows from the 70s. I intend to replace them one day but until then just want to be able to see out clearly and have them clean. I can't believe how much build up they were able to scrape off. The windows look brand new. Plus, any cleaning I do going forward will be easier and will make a difference. Thank you so much!!

I was pleased with the results. Keith is very conscientious and knowledgeable. Keith and his helper worked together very well, and completed the project quickly.

Work was done promptly at arranged time. They did very good work after initially counting 26 windows. After calling the office they agreed to terms from the survey.
