Howard's Tree Service Inc

I called in the morning for an estimate. They came in the afternoon with the estimate. Although I was initially informed that they had a 4-6 week scheduling backup, they bumped me up on the list, due to the danger presented by the broken limb. Excellent professional service and excellent crew. Another company that I contacted two weeks earlier, with a follow up a week later has yet to even respond to my call.

Terrible attitude from the owner. When they finally came to do the job he wanted to double the price. He used vulgar and abusive language when I did not agree to the new price.

They were wonderful. I was more than happy with them and they even gave us a discount for being Angie's List members.

They were pretty good. They did a good job. Howard's pretty good. They could charge less. They were more expensive, they were very expensive.

Arrived in a couple of hours after requesting an estimate, Price compared favorably to other estimates. Received a thorough explanation of what to expect with tree removal, stump grinding, and cleanup. Worked scheduled within 10 days, arrived on time with an impressive array of equipment including trucks, chipper, grinder, bucket truck, bobcat. They reviewed the work to be done,set up safety cones, provide protection to walkway and exterior windows close to work area. Work crew was efficient and respectful of neighbors' property. My overall impression is that it was quality work done by a quality company.

Bob came out and gave me an estimate. He said my driveway was too narrow for the bucket truck so the tree would have to be climbed. I called to book the date right after I got the permit to cut the tree down from my Town. The company had to reschedule the first date because the wood chipper was down for repairs, but they called the day before so that was fine. Four men came and cut down the entire tree and cleaned up in two and a half hours. The wood chipper is VERY LOUD so be prepared. Great job !!!!!!

Most of the limbs were already gone on this 80-foot pine tree, and only the very top had any foliage, so the signs were there that the end was near for this giant.  After the past several years of severe storms, and having lost a number of trees, we didn't want to wait for this one to come crashing down.  I received several estimates from local tree services, and Howard's was very competitive. What clinched it for us was the fact that they had a certified arborist, who answered all our questions, and even gave us guidance about other trees on the property.  So we went with them.  They were very careful about scheduling, taking into account the weather forecasts, and our convenience.  On the day of the job, they arrived with a crew of 4, plus the Arborist.  This was a tricky job, as there were several other trees in the vicinity, and they skillfully avoided damage to the others.  They even removed some large limbs from a different tree that had been damaged in a recent storm.  They gave us the option of grinding the stump, or leaving it for $100 off the price of the job.  We left it for now, and they cut it close to the ground, and fairly level, so we can use it for a planter base.  All in all, I found them to be professional, courteous, careful and competent.

I will definitely use Howard's Tree Service again, and recommend them highly.

Very well. We had used them once before about 6 years earlier. They arrived on time, with a complete crew and an array of trucks and machinery with which to trim back, cut back, and removed the tree - including stump, all the while while manuvering around power lines.. The job was completed in about 2 hours and the clean-up was immaculate  - both to my yard and any drifting debris on the perimeter of the neighbors house. 
This was the 2nd time used and they will remain my 1st call for any future jobs

They arrived on time and were very quick and clean. Mike handled the crew very efficiently. Dana was great and knowledgeable. Debbie was very accommodating as we needed a Saturday appointment. Would definitely use in the future and recommend.

About 6 workers showed up to do the job. They were very professional, and very courteous. They were very meticulous and fast! When they were done, I was amazed at the transformation! I am very pleased, and would recommend Howard's Tree Service to anyone looking to spruce up their tree/landscaping issues. I will definitely call them in the future.

I called them to evaluate our trees as we just moved into this house and it looks like they hadn't been pruned in years. Arborist arrived that same day. He did not oversell services but provided an estimate on exactly what we wanted done while providing expert opinion. The crew showed today right on time. They came with 5 or 6 guys and two large trucks. A smaller truck showed mid project. They wasted no time. They broke into two teams to handle the large oaks while another guy did the smaller trimming. They were very efficient and were done in less than two hours. Made some good judgements calls mid project and actually did more than what was on the estimate. They were very conscienscious about our neighbor's yards.

We heard of him through our neighbor. We were very happy with him overall. Everything was good. He was on time and he did the job just as he said he would. We will use him again in the future if we need to.

Overall it went well. Wasn't sure the price was good since I didn't receive additional estimates.

Howard came in AM for estimate. Removed tree that same day. Removed wood and clean up perfectly. Even replaced small area in lawn with so and which was damaged called after to check it all was ok.

They are very clean and cleaned up very nicely. They don't leave any kind of mess. They are very good. They are the only ones that I have used in this area.

Due to the major storm I understood that there is a waiting time, hundreds of trees where down in my neighborhood alone. I appreciated the friendly attention I was given and was treated fairly. He delivered everything as promised 100%

They arrived early with a full crew and reviewed all the work to be done prior to starting. They had a surplus of equipment (chipper, stump grinder, lift to remove the heavier stumps). They finished within 3 hours (with also working within power lines) and all the work was expertly done and the yard was immaculate after they had finished. Very professional, courteous and highly recommended.

HOWARD'S TREE SERVICE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. MY YARD LOOKS SO GOOD WITHOUT THAT TREE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS. I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
