He deserves a “Moon” rating!! I was in Commercial Real Estate 43 years, so I know from where I speak. One of the keys to success is having a specialist in each field required for the job. This is what Matt does. I had a tub to shower conversion. That endeavor received four (4) specialists, plus the Owner of Hickory, Matt; who is not a salesman, but an architect and designer, which turns out to be extremely helpful.
