Get matched with top subcontractors in Conroe, TX

"Greg (owner of Black & White) and his team managed the construction of our new custom home from start to finish. Everything from the demolition of the existing house to the finishing touches on the new build were included in the scope of work. We selected Greg because he presented his bid as requested and fully communicated the roles and responsibilities of all involved parties. His bidding was straightforward and offered transparency on costs. Communication was prompt and he worked with us on re-bids as the scope of work changed. Once selected, Greg assisted with reviewing of our plans and identified potential issues prior to starting work. From there, he managed the entire process while getting our input as necessary with proper lead time to not impact the overall schedule. The B&W crews and subcontractors were all stand-up people who were trustworthy and delivered the expected quality of work. When challenges came up, they were communicated and solutions were offered to keep everything progressing. At no point did we have concerns we were being misled. The house same together quickly and without and major hold-ups, which is a challenge in a fully custom build. The quality of the build and the craftsmanship were excellent. Schedule variance was minimal and the projected duration was within the quoted window. I have recommended Greg to friends and family and will use him again should the need arise. Greg will be dedicated to your project and treat your house like it is his own."

"I needed to replace the cabinet flooring beneath the kitchen sink due to a leaking disposal. Bernardo and his team responded in a timely manner and offers a very reasonable price. They started the work immediately, even cleaning and disinfecting the area to prevent mold damage. I will certainly be calling Bernardo again for all my carpentry needs."

"They did a great job fixing my house after the winter storm very professionals and highly recommend Thank you!"

"Don't want to put anything down negative on the star rating as I didn't get a bid from this company. This Home Advisor review sheet is lacking when it forces you to "rate" a company you didn't use......."

"Iconic Custom Home Builders met with us to understand our kitchen remodel. They took notes and listened to what was important to us. Their quote matched our asks and was detailed in sections for each of our asks. Other quotes we received were bundled and we were not able to pair the project down with noticeable savings. Iconic's quote was not bundled and we appreciated the level of detail in their quote. We signed the agreement and the work began within 2 weeks. They were very prompt every day. They did excellent work with high degree of attention to details. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, they did an excellent job keeping the dust inside the construction area with ceiling to floor temporary plastic barriers. They completed on time, on schedule with the original project timeline. With Iconic you know you have found a reputable, reliable contractor. We would highly recommend and will use them again."

"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

They all worked diligently to get the job done. Definitely would recommend this company for remodeling needs."
