They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."

The project could have been done faster had we hired a “full crew” but we wanted to limit the number of people coming into our house during Covid. Further, John came highly recommended from a friend who commented on his attention to detail and cleanliness. Each morning, John “walled off” the area he was working on and cleaned up as he worked. "The technicians were punctual and professional. Communication was excellent. We have a Honeywell air cleaner in the attic. The filters need to be taken out and cleaned. During both the Spring and Fall checkup, the technicians voluntarily removed the filters, cleaned, and replaced them. No other company has ever done this for us; as we've gotten older, it's been difficult for us to get in the attic to take care of the filters. We feel very comfortable with the honesty of this company and it's employees. Our son had a problem with his air conditioner and Cypress Creek made the effort to go to his house on a Saturday. They were very honest in the evaluation of his problem and did not try to hook him."
