My experience with this company was very good. They informed me of the process at every level. Nikki, a representative with the company , was very easy to work with. Upon completion of the job Nikki made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation of the drywall and my choice of texture and paint color. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Water damage was removed and construction was done in a timely manner and on budget. All employees and contractors were knowledgeable and efficient in their areas of demolition and construction. They were meticulous in their jobs and the house came back beautiful. Additionally, the office staff were available to answer questions about billing and/or insurance matters. I highly recommend this company.

After a few estimates i chose SGM Services, Shain Mann and Ronnie Mann for the job They were very patient in explaining what they were going to do and why things cost what they did also. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

I impatiently waited for the rain to relent a couple of days, and this vendor's critical trailer was being serviced. Once we overcame those challenges, Ronnie Mann measured the challenging slopes and configuration of my ponding back yard, then he and his crew demoed trees (including stump grinding), hand-trenched and installed 4 drains with smooth-bore pipe to the front curb. They put down fresh sod and hauled off the debris.

Shain called me immediately. They did a very professional job. He had to chop down a very tall dead pine tree that stood next to the well house. They had it down and gone in no time. He had to chop up several other trees and haul them off. The yard looked great when they were done. He has great prices too.

Nothing else

They even accomodated my neighbor needing to clean up tree debris in his yard as he was preparing to get his home on the market.

Shain and his crew did a great professional job of removing a very large curved Oak tree, was diligent about not damaging any other plants or yard. They left the yard looking as if there never was a tree there and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would recommend them highly.

Needed 2 trees removed and stumps grinded. They even hauled off some additional brush and tree limbs I had cut. Highly recommended.

Shane took care of us like no other contractor ever has. He and his crew finished the project from bid to finish in two days on a rush job for us. Driveway looks great, and he went out of his way to help us on an unrelated project. I would recommend him for anything to anyone.

I was walked through the entire plan for correcting my drainage problem. Any "discoveries" during the process were also communicated. The guys were very professional and cleaned up once they were done. The best part is that SGM corrected my problem where the home builder failed miserably. My drainage problem has been resolved and I couldn't be happier.

Shane and crew did a excellent job and was safe about it. I was very impressed how they removed the trees that was so closed to my house it was a show to watch when they remove the trees by hand and not by a boom due to the fact there was no way they could get a boom in. And the price was reasonable too I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal. As they say in the military outstanding job.

They worked quickly, but effectively. They thought things through to protect my house. they have done my trees before and they grew better.

Shane & David did a excellent job. They delivered the best service I have had from the moment I called them to come out and quote me, to giving me a estimate right away and being able to start on the project right away. They provided many services for me, grading and resloping my backyard, putting in new sod, giving my backyard a new design, putting in bull rocks in front and back yard, replacing some cedar boards and shutters on back of my house, putting in commercial french drains and a brand new side walk and patio. Majority of this work was done to help me out with the water problem I was having when ever it would rain. I was very pleased with these guys- they are the hardest working guys I know- they even worked in the rain a few days getting soaked from head to toe- but never complained - they not only got the job done but did it right. I absolutely love these guys. A special shout out to Shane, David, Bubba, Marvin & Krys. I highly recommend using these guys. I will use them again- wish I would have found them even sooner than I had.

SGM Services removed a aluminium pool structure which sat over our pool. It was a big job but they did it in a day, and cleaned up along the way. They finished the work to a high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
