They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. "Jim with TSB was one of 3 contractors we brought in to quote what amounted to $90k of renovations for our home in Grand Lakes. Our scope was a Kitchen and Masterbath remodel, with fresh painting throughout. We commissioned Jim for the work based on his estimate, which was competitive, along with the fact that he was the only contractor who provided a time estimate for the project. We were pleased to discover that by hiring Jim, we received the trifecta of a project that was of good quality and workmanship, was delivered on time, and delivered on budget. A few instances occurred where Jim's expertise was a big asset to our project.
