"The technicians were punctual and professional. Communication was excellent. We have a Honeywell air cleaner in the attic. The filters need to be taken out and cleaned. During both the Spring and Fall checkup, the technicians voluntarily removed the filters, cleaned, and replaced them. No other company has ever done this for us; as we've gotten older, it's been difficult for us to get in the attic to take care of the filters. We feel very comfortable with the honesty of this company and it's employees. Our son had a problem with his air conditioner and Cypress Creek made the effort to go to his house on a Saturday. They were very honest in the evaluation of his problem and did not try to hook him."

"2nd time we have used Shields Contracting. Thomas is just what you want with a reliable..dependable business. We had a major leak in our scupper. Thomas came out quickly and repaired. Also he went extra and walked rest of the roof taking care of minor cracks and repairs. At no charge. Good person. I recommend him and his company"
