Though he probably works primarily with more elegant design doors, he was most accommodating in meeting our needs. He scheduled installation within the two week time frame we needed. He showed up on time and did a masterful installation job with equally good cleanup upon completion. I received a phone call in response to my email within minutes, even in the evening and during the Christmas holidays! Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours and had a punctual assessment of our broken door. The gentleman who arrived was courteous, took his measurements efficiently, and counseled me on my options, with a variety of accompanying costs. When I chose to get the door replaced, he offered me a selection of choices to review with my spouse. We were able to place our order, again within 24 hours. I am very excited about our new doors –though we will need to wait six weeks for their fabrication.

Clay gave me a call the first day within an hour of my first request for a quote. We discussed the job, and He gave me a verbal quote on the phone during the first call. His quote turned out to be the best I received. He was very relaxed, friendly, and very professional. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. I followed up with him and we set a date for install. He was on time, and He even had to go get another 3 parts because I mistakenly gave him incorrect information about the size of the doors. He got the parts and was back at my house later that day and did a quick and easy installation. I HIGHLY recommend Clay and Overhead Door.
