Brilliant work. Look at the beginning, in progress and FINAL picture of the building. Edward is a PRO. Use him. He might cost a little bit more but it is worth it. So you want to go with teh low bid and get a GARBAGE job. I read one complaint about Edward on Angie's List from somebody that didnt even hire him. How stupid is that. You didnt hire him but you want to complain. I bet you wanted him to do a lot of FREE work or have him spend 5 horus to come up with some detail 50 page specification contract just so you can use it to have some other cheaper contractor do the job. I wish i would delete that junk complaint myself. Dino Marcaccio. 281-788-5879.
Description of Work: $100.000 JOB. Complete remodel of a 'very old' 5,000 square foot commercial office building. Address: 7640 Bellfort Drive, Houston 77061. I bought this building last year and 'dreamed' about fixing it up. I met Edward (owner of Lorenzo Painting & Remodeling) when he had done work at my neighbors upscale town home. I saw his work and was very impressed. Heck, even his vans and work trucks were neat and always washed.

Provider came out as planned. Some of the repairs were insurance related, other repairs were not. Instead of writing an estimate, provider wanted to "work" off of my insurance company estimate. I have not received any estimate nor any communication from this provider.
Description of Work: Provider came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs. To date I haven't seen anything from provider.

Edward (I keep wanting to call him Lorenzo but that's his last name) and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our upstairs bathroom. The bathroom had to be gutted down to the studs and completely redone, almost nothing was usable, and they tore through it quickly and professionally. We had no idea what we were doing in terms of picking tile and vanity and all that and Edward and his super (can't remember his name) were incredibly helpful with guiding us through the process. This was a very awkward space (attic bathroom) and they made it look fantastic. A special note needs to be made for two things. One was our toilet flange. Our drain pipe is a much older style, a lead drainpipe, and it was very poorly positioned and the last installers must have been high to have done what they did. Fixing this could have costed an enormous amount, but Edward and his crew figured out a clever and effective way to properly mount it and bring it up to code. The second special note was that during the install we noticed our main water line had started leaking fairly heavily. This main was very old and probably hadn't been closed in decades, and the initial closing may have finished it off. Edward was able to get a plumber out very fast and replaced the whole line, this was done the day before we left for our honeymoon and I was/am super impressed how fast he got someone out there to fix this. Moreover, we noticed a small issue with the angle of one of the pipes after the install (it looks like the pipe had a bit of torque on it at a join) and after finishing the project his crew redid the piping free of charge and sorted us out. The overall cost was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done, none of the other quotes I got were anywhere near his. There were some small cost overruns due to some unexpected work, but that was totally to be expected since the original work was so shoddy. I would definitely use his guys for any future project.

Edwardo Lorenzo and all of his crew were extremely professional and polite. Took care from day one to put down tarps in any area they would be working or walking. When working outside (cutting cement board, tile, etc.) they washed down the driveway at the end of each day. He stayed on budget and explained the process as often as we needed. We picked tile and hardware from his suppliers. Saw the retail on each item. He would then purchase the materials and show us his invoice. saved us about 40% off of the prices were given as retail customers. The attention to detail was awesome. We had a foreman on site about 80% of the time. Lorenzo came by 2-3 days a week to check on the progress and the quality of work. Total remodel took twenty working days. They worked Monday through Saturday. We are very impressed with the scope and quality of work. Everyone was so polite and never complained. Our master bath is on a second story. Carrying all the materials up and down 50 times a day without complaint one. We have already discussed with Lorenzo about our next job we want him to do.
Description of Work: Complete master bath remodel. Build new lined closet, install a 30 square foot seamless glass shower stall. Tile master tub area. Wire and hang pendant lights. Install new lighting and faucets. Paint all existing cabinets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, etc.

I was a little hesitant in regards to using a contractor again due to a previous bad experience, however, I am glad that I took a leap of faith. Lorenzo Painting & Remodeling was a breathe of fresh air and restored my faith in contractors. They repaired, beautifully, eye sores that were not completed professionally by a previous subcontractor. They were on time and worked diligently without many breaks, if any. They came to work each day pleasant and professional. They worked each day until there was not anything else that could be done that day (e.g., paint needed to dry before 2nd coat, tile needed to set before grout could be applied, etc.). [My previous contractor would arrive at different times and would leave by 2pm or 3pm regardless of the amount of work that still needed to be done]. I was really impressed with how Lorenzo Painting planned out the strategy for tackling the job in the most efficient manner. Most importantly, they respected my home by using drop cloths wherever they worked and they cleaned up any mess created as they worked. I would definitely use them again. Pricing is reasonable, but not the cheapest...but then again, you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Fixed bathtub surround and other finishes that was completed poorly by a previous subcontractor, tiled bathroom floor, fixed damage wood on exterior garage door frame, painted office, refinished front door, and other smaller fixes.

Mr. Lorenzo was very prompt & specific with his estimates. The work done was impeccable. No mess..things were kept very tidy throughout the project. The team spent time with me to go over what I wanted providing information about what could be safely be done & what would look good. The finished product was perfect. What I especially liked about Mr. Lorenzo was that he was very concerned about the safety of the wall and advised me not to open up the whole wall even though it might have been a more lucrative deal for him. I would not hesitate to use this company for a project.

I used an Angie's list coupon to have Lorenzo assess a kitchen remodel. He arrived on time and began making disparaging comments on the value of renovating a home in an area where many single family dwelling are torn down for new construction. The conversation was overall depressing and I decided I would not want to work with this business

I don't understand why a person would wait so long to file a complaint about a company if things went that bad during the visit, it has been since 12-13-2012 when I went to her house, I can't remember that much about the conversation that me & [member name removed] had that day but I think if this is the same customer that she had paid too much for some work that and electrician had did for her after she told me how much she paid, also if I am still talking about the same person I had given her some good ideals about what we can do for her to fix up her kitchen as she was giving me her input on what she want to have done, I think that she also wanted to remove a wall going to another area but I really can't remember that good if this is the same house, I also think that she was suppose to call me back when she knew exactly what she wanted to do because she was just looking for some good ideals at the time but she never called me back, I went by her house just to try & remember if I did go there and try to remember just what had happen buy it been too long since 12-13-2012, after looking at the neighborhood she live it I could not really see anything wrong with the neighborhood, it looks like it would be a really good investment property neighborhood her house looks really nicely well maintain on the outside for the year it was made, I fill that if she had several contractors go to her house around the same time I did she might have gotten me mixed up with another contractor because after looking at her house again and the neighborhood she lives in I know that I would have never told her that, I fill that it is not my place to judge a person house nor were they live I am not that type of person, this is the type of business that I am in and I would never tell anybody that there house or neighborhood is not worth putting any money in it for repairs that would be like taking food out of my family mouth, my secretary always types me out a quote sheet to write my notes on when I visit the customer and I did have the quote sheet still and it was empty without any notes, things would have been a lot easier if she would have written this review at lease 1 month after the visit but almost 10 months latter it is really hard to defend myself and my company, I can not apologize to her for something that I know that I did not do to her, I would be wrong to myself & my company if I did.

They plaster little squares onto the brick to make it look like stone. They did a really good job. The work was very meticulous. There were a lot of cuts involved to make it look perfect. When you look it at, it looks natural. I am very pleased with the results.

Lorenzo Painting & Remodeling was very professional and explained everything in detail. He had some pretty good ideas in terms of design for the kitchen and bathroom and it'll be something to hold on to, but it was more than we wanted to spend. He was very friendly and had good information. He had some pictures to look at so we could see some of the work he had done and it looked like quality work. When he scheduled to be here, he was here at the exact time.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Lorenzo Painting & Remodeling and he gave us an estimate but it seemed like it was going to be a little bit high, it was just more than we wanted to pay, budget wise.

I am giving Eduardo Lorenzo an overall rating of D because of his unprofessional and argumentative attitude and the communication is awful! My husband I and I decided to remodel our outdated master bathroom. We purchase the Angie?s List $99 Kitchen or Bathroom Design and Consultation from Lorenzo Painting. Since we?ve never had a bathroom remodel we wanted something more than a quote ? didn?t get it. DON?T BUY THE $99 CONSULTATION! It?s nothing more than an estimate. We did get other estimates but decided to go with Lorenzo due to timeframe ? another mistake. We were told that the job would take 1-1/2 to 2 weeks it took 19 days. We were told we?d have our bathroom back by Good Friday, 30 March but they didn?t finish until Saturday, 6 April. I agree with the review on April 10th, bid was horrible. The work was not listed by line item. Written like a paragraph. Another example of his awful communication. I recently got a bid from another company to remodel our kitchen and everything was listed by line item with a price for each item. First indication of a problem was when I asked to see a picture or diagram (anything) of what the shower doors were going to look like. He told me that in his 30 years of remodeling no one has ever asked to see a picture or an example of what was going to be permanently installed in their home, REALLY? I told him I didn?t want anything installed in my home without looking at it first. I couldn?t believe what I was hearing. Second incident, he said his crew would be at our home the Saturday before Easter and when noon rolled around and no one showed, my husband called and he and said he never agreed to anyone working that day ? total lie! One of the three light fixtures was not hung properly; completely off center of the mirror and lower than the other two. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix. Last day of the job, Eduardo Lorenzo (the owner) did not do a final walk through. He had his foreman ask me for the final payment. Completely unprofessional! He never even called us to find out if we?re satisfied with the work or if we had any questions or concerns. We do not recommend this company.

When I bidded on this job for [member name removed] we talked about the time frame of the job and I told both that it would take about 2-3 weeks because we had to make the caultured marble from scrach and also have the bathroom picure window custom made, none of those 2 items could have been donewith-in 2 weeks I told them that, we took the time to make [member name removed] a sample of the cultured marble color to match the tile sample they gave me to match, most companies would have took 2 weeks just to give her the samples, after my forman told [member name removed]that the tub was going in the next day she called me and told me that she did not want the tub installed until she saw it first and I asked her what was it that she needed to see because the tub was already to the color that she had already oked and I was not going to have the worked stoped just because she wanted to see it first, I guess that were the problems started from and it went down hill from there, I was also told by [member name removed] that she wanted all the lights to be on a seperate switches which they were not at the time we started, she said that they had told me about at the begining, I told her that it was ture we did talk about but that all he did about that subject is talk about it I was never told to do it so it was not on my bid, well she started getting mad about so I had my forman do the work for free which cost me some extra money for labor & material, we were also delayed because we had to replace the rotten studs on the 2 tub walls, about the Saturday he saids that we did not show up well I know that I said that we would be there but I had forgot that it was good Friday & Easter weekend and we did have a key to the property to go in & out as we needed too so I don't know what the problem was he did not have to wait for us to let us in, the problem was that [member name removed]wanted to use the tub before we were even finish with the work, [member name removed] always had to make changes after we had finish certin jobs and not tell us what she really wanted before we did the work, she have a very bad attitude with me when she could not get her way with me, if a person has a bad attitude with me I show them the same type of attitude they confronted me with, as far as for the bid on the kitchen I did not want to do any more work for these people because of my experiances with them especily [member name removed], [member name removed] asked me for a rough verbal estimate to do the kitchen several times and I finally gave him a verbal price which I told my guys that we were not going to do any more work for these people because I had enough, [member name removed] had enough time to look over the job and write up a punch list if they wanted to but they did not and as for my forman getting the last check he was one of my formans and what is wrong with that? I am glad that this is over and forgotten, good luck on any other contractor who's does any work for these people.

Mr. Lorenzo visited the building we plan to build out so we requested that he provide us with an estimate and review the changes we planned to make to the building. Keep in mind that we need a build out of 22x30' (660 sq ft.) of interior space, paint, install some basic carpet, move some walls (non-load bearing) in the existing space, A/C increase and add a very small kitchenette. We instructed that we did not want to purchase high end finishes as it is not a retail space and we're leasing it. Most of the interior space is existing. If I allocate the cost across all of the interior space because the quote did not include any changes to the shop area...that is 1920' of existing interior space at $45,000 or cost of $23.43 to build out each square foot of interior space...and most of it is existing! It tells me that his quote was not serious and he didn't really want the job. He did not even break out labor and materials. He did seem competent and professional until I received the bid. We were very disappointed because we would have easily hired him had the bid seemed serious.

(deleted member name) called my office to set up an appointment with my Secretary, she gave she name, address of the location and a phone number, well the address was wrong to start, afetr I had to called them on the phone to get the right address I went inside to see what they wanted to have done to the inside of the building, as (deleted member name) and her husban started to go over everything I asked (deleted member name) if she have already signed a contract to lease the building and she told me that she had not because she wanted to see how much it was going to cost her for the work, that was understandable to me but I told them that I did not want to put too much work on the bidding because they had not secured the lease and that I could give her a rough estimate only and she said that she was ok with that, I worked on the bid right away and called her and told her what the rough estimate would be, now I see a review on Aggie List stateing that she is very disapointed with me because of my bid I gave her, I don't know what she really expected from me when she did not even have the property secured with a lease does she think that contractors have nothing better to do except for waste there time and write out long estimate for people who are only window shopping, it takes time and money to write out long estimate and that is why some contractors want to charge for doing an estimate because of people like (deleted member name), now I am glad that it only wnet this far and that it did not go any futher than it did.

I calleed Mr. Lorenzo for a estimate on an exterior paint job for my home. I needed him to come out on a weekend and I was told by his staff that he was able to come out on a Sunday, however they could not give me an exact time frame. I was ok with that. I received a call from Mr. Lorenzo around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday and we agreed to meet at 4:30p.m. that same day. Around 1:30 p.m. I missed Mr. Lorenzo call and returned his call with in 30 minutes. He wanted to change the time. Once I got in contact with him I was told by Mr. Lorenzo that he did not need to do business with some that could not answer his call and basically I (the customer) was fired before the job ever began. Mr. Lorezno does not a have a customer friendly attitude and if you want to work with hine it seems you must be on his watch which is not very reliable.

I never talked to Member before so right away she is making things up, I don't know who called my office Member but who every it was they talked to my secretary not me, after my secretary told me about the call, she asked me when I would be able to go visit with them and I told my secretary to ask them if I could to see them on the weekend, my secretary told me that she called Member back and it went to the voice mail, then Member called her back and the appointment was set for sometime on the weekend no date or time was set, on a Sunday I called Member around 11:30 a.m. that day and got no answer on his cell phone, he did call me back and told me that he was waiting for a painting contractor to come by and said that I had the wrong number and hung up his phone, a few minutes later he called me back and said that he rememberd that it was me that he was waiting for and I told him that it was too late because I had already set up an appointment with another customer and that I would be able to go see him around 4:00 p.m. or sooner if I could get done with my customer sooner and he said ok, now it was around 2: 30 p.m. when I finished with my customer and I called Mr. Counga back and again he did not answer his cell phone so I made plans with my family, Member did call me back 30 minunets later and asked if I was still going to his house and therefore I tiold member that I did not want to deal with any body who could not answer his cell phone when people call him and he just hung up the phone with out saying anything to me, then after around 15 minutes he sent me a tex meassage saying that he was going to send a really good review to Angie's List about me so I answer him back OK and never heard from him again, then I received this bad review about me and my Company from Member who I never spoke to before, it seems like the only bad reviews I get from people are from the ones that I had never done any work for and not the people that I have done some work for, I guess Member think that contractors don't have anything better to do with there time but sit around and wait for customer like them to call them back when they fill good and ready to call, they could not take into consideration that it was a Sunday afternoon and that every time I called Member he never answerd his cell phone he always had to call me back, I am really glad that I did not do any work for these people with the attitude he took that day and hope that I never do any work for anybody like them.

I really liked him. He called to tell me he was running about 5 mins late (he arrived 3 mins later--very bad weather here today). He had some great ideas/suggestions for the kitchen and bath that I had not thought of. Very thorough walk-through, and he answered every question I asked and was knowledgeable about products I was considering. He paid attention to everything I told him and easily understood the "vision" I have for our home. I had a different company here yesterday and felt very deflated afterwards, NOT the case with Mr. Lorenzo. I am looking very forward to seeing his bid and will probably go with him even if it's higher than the other bids I get because he understood how I want my home to look, and that is as important to me as the cost of the project.

I had some ideas and Mr. Lorenzo had some ideas, and he was able to give me an itemized bid on the project. I'm on a budget, and the itemized bid allows me to select the part of the bid that I need the most, changing an unused shower stall to an area for a stack washer and dryer, and do that first and then we can do some of the other things a little at a time. I had a big wish list, and I knew I'd wished for more than my budget could cover. I haven't scheduled the work yet - the holidays have interferred with my planning, but I will in the near future. Mr. Lorenzo was very helpful, had good ideas and returned the bid to me in less than a week, which I thought was quite remarkable.
Description of Work: Consultation for remodeling my bathroom and itemized bid provided.

We scheduled a time for Edward Lorenzo to come out (we were impressed with the flexibility). He came and took measurements and discussed the job with us. Originally, we were hoping to have the existing sidelights patched and just change the door, but when he came out, he said that we would have to tear it all out. It was rotted and not safe to patch up. This was the first time we had heard this and appreciated his honesty. So many will tell you what you want to hear to get the job (and not risk losing it) or give you an estimate over the phone and let you buy materials for a job they have not even seen in person (yeah, that happened). We started shopping for a solid door with sidelights and were shocked by how much they cost. The cheapest we found was $2,400. Immediately, Edward said he would take care of it and made some phone calls. He ordered it for us and it cost $1,300 (including the factory stain and seal). It took a while to come in, but no one could control that and it was during holiday time. They were very flexible with the installation time. They came out on a Thursday, but when the company they purchased the unit from delivered it, it was realized the unit did not fit. Edward immediately called us and explained the error from the company. We understood these things happen but were concerned with the timeline. He assured us he would redo the sidelights himself in his work shop and promised to have it installed by the weekend's end. Since Saturday had rain all day, they came right on time Sunday morning and finished before evening hit. It is gorgeous and we cannot stop staring at it. I included a picture. We will have them back at the end of the month to do more for us. This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship, as we have some big projects (i.e. back patio and master bath reno) coming up and we need someone we can trust.

Edward Lorenzo, the owner of the company, and Claudio, the job foreman, were a pleasure to work with. We were dreading the ordeal of remodeling our home, but it actually turned out to be a great experience. I don't think we have ever worked with a more professional contractor. We had a wish list of things we wanted done, and Edward bid each item for us so we could prioritize what we wanted completed. However, he remained flexible during the job and accommodated any changes we wanted to make. His crew showed up the day after we signed the contract and worked like a swarm of bees. Each job was meticulously completed. Edward and Claudio even noticed small things that I would never have noticed and repaired them. Their attention to detail was amazing. Also because of their experience, they gave us invaluable advice on many aspects of the project. In addition, they would tell us if they felt something could be completed in a way that would save us money even if it meant they would receive less for the job. They did small things like surprising us with a granite cutting board they made from a remnant to match our kitchen counters. Their workers would rush to help us carry in materials we had purchased. The crew would immediately stop working and turn down their radios if we needed to speak with Edward or Claudio. The project was competed in the exact amount of time they initially indicated and would have been completed ahead of time if it weren't for a slight delay in the arrival of our new windows. It was really a pain free process. Edward and Claudio kept assuring us that it was their job to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they were true to their word. Edward kept us informed throughout the process, and the payment plan was fair and well documented. Each time a payment was made, he would give us a signed, detailed receipt. He did not expect the final payment until we were satisfied with the job. We look forward to working with him in the future and would highly recommend his work.
Description of Work: This was basically a total interior home remodel. Our home was painted, base and crown moldings were added, carpet and tile were installed, wood floors were repaired, all lighting and ceiling fans were updated, all cabinets were refaced and painted, new windows were installed, all fur downs were removed, and all door hardware was replaced. In the kitchen, granite was installed on the countertops, tile backsplash was installed, sinks and faucets were replaced, under cabinet lighting was added, and appliances were replaced. In the master bathroom, an old shower was turned into a large linen closet, the tub area was coverted to a huge tiled shower with bench and frameless glass enclosure, toilet and sinks were replaced, mirror was framed and sconces were added, granite was installed on countertops, and faucets were updated. In other baths, a tub and tile surround were replaced, granite was installed on countertops, lighting was added over sink areas, toilets were replaced, mirrors were framed, and faucets were updated. In the great room, the fireplace was refaced with stone veneer and a beautiful new mantel was made and installed. The wet bar received a new tile backsplash, granite countertops, glass shelving, and a new sink and faucet. Also many minor repairs were completed the largest of which was replacing the pull down stairs leading to the attic.

handyman service

I contacted Mr. Lorenzo for an estimate for the following handyman services: 1 shower regrouted, 6" inch minor sheet rock repair, replacement of 2 ceramic tiles , install 1 faux wood blind, fill in 1/2 gap between granite countertop and refrigerator, replace 1 small strip of cabinet baseboard, cut 1/4 inch in wood panel trim on one side of refrigerator so so fridge could slide in all the way. Now over the years, I have done a lot of work to my house and have a rough idea what home repairs should cost. I estimated that it would take a handyman about one day to complete this minor job. Therefore, I was completely shocked when Mr. Lorenzo came back with an estimate of $1,700.00. This bid was more than tripple the amount I received from 2 other handymen. Now I completely understand that bids can vary among repairmen, but more than tripple is ridiculous. I felt I like he was trying to rip me off. Needless to say, I did not use Mr. Lorenzo's services. I used one of the other bids and the handyman completed everything in one day and even added a two valve faucet underneath my sink for a total labor cost of $420.00 ( I purchased about $75.00 worth of supplies). I will end this by saying "buyer beware." This experience prooves its always a good idea to get at least 3 estimates even on those minor jobs.

Response from Lorenzo Remodeling LLC
The Customer contacted me to look at some work that she wanted to get done in her home and give her a bid on doing the work, when I went she showed me her master shower tiles and a sheetrock area that was wet from leaking water from the shower, as I looked at the tiles in the shower I told Mrs. cius that the tile work that she had a contractor do for her was a poor quality of work and she agreed that it was a poor job done by the contractor, I told the Customer that we would have to scrape all the grout off the shower tiles on the walls and regrout all the wall tiles again which would take a man 2 days to do it right, the cost for the tile work would be $600.00, I also told the Customer that we would have to come back in 2 weeks to seal the grout and the cost to come back and seal the grout is $150.00 for the work and trip, I told the Customer that we would have to cut the sheetrock on the outside of the shower wall big enough so that we cut out the damage area, we will have to install the new sheetrock, tape, float, match texture, prime and paint touch up the patch and this cost is $150.00, then the Customer took me into the kitchen to show me the new refrigerator that she had just bought and started telling that she wanted me to cut the side of the granite counter top 5/8" x 26" and then we would top polish the edge that would cost $250.00, cut the bottom wood of the top cabinet 3/4" x 12" and touch up the paint this would cost $200.00, we would have to move out the refrigerator to do these 2 jobs with care because the refrigerator was new, then she ask me to change 2 peices of 12"x 12" tiles on the floor by the dishwasher and match the grout, this would cost her $150.00, she also showed me the space between the cabinet and the stove and she wanted me to install a peice of 3/4"x 4" on the side of the bottom cabinet prep and paint touch up we would have to move the stove out and the back in place to do the work and I was charging her $100.00, she also told me that she wanted us to remove the old blinds from the window and assemble the new blinds and install them on the window and for that I was charging her $100.00, now I have been in business for about 30 years and I have alot of repeat customers which some of there house are worth about $200,000.00 - over a million, when I went to talk to the Customer I was on time, very polite and tried to explain everything as best as I can in a professionalism manor and I was shocked when I saw that on her ratings she gave me C's & F's, now she said that she had all the work she asked me to bid on for her at a price of $420.00 plus about $75.00 for materials, I fill that my prices were fair for the quality of work we would have done in her home but after looking at the quality of work she has already had done in her home she really deserves what she paid for, every time I go talk to a new customer I alway give them 2 pages of 62 references which they can call and talk with my customers about the quality of work that was done in there home or if they had any trouble with me or any of my employees, the Customer said that my bid was tripple the amount from 2 other handymen and that my bid was ridiculous, well first of all we are not handymen we are a remodeling company the quality of work is far different from a handyman, the Customer also said that she felt that I was trying to rip she off, I can say that I was not trying to rip the Customer off I just gave her my prices and she had the option to pick the best price she was given, she did not have to try and talk bad about me or my company all she had to do was pick the contractor she wanted to do the work and move on, she did not have to give me a bad rating either, there is no way she could have gotten all this work done in one day and with the quality, they could not have done all the work she asked me to bid on for that price and in 1 day.

Because this project required work in almost all areas of remodeling, I got to see how they work on everything and am VERY happy with their work. They were punctual, professional, paid attention to detail, worked hard and were trustworthy and had the right advice and questions at the right time. It was very easy to work with Edward and his crew, which is very important with a project of this magnitude. We have other projects in the pipeline on other properties and plan on using Edward and his team as much as possible because they do fantastic work for a reasonalble price.
Description of Work: Edward and his team transformed 2 rooms above my garage that only had a roof and studs, added a bacony with french doors, and added french doors in our master bedroom. Their work included plumbing, electrical, wood work (balcony, doors and floors), sheet rock, framing out walls, french doors etc...
