I have hired MCP once before. These guys are 100% professional and stick to the plan and time frame. I am about to sell my home soon, and they took care of all painting work and kitchen remodeling in 2 days. The team also offered ideas that were implemented inside the house. 5 stars solid.

The contractor needs to abide by their estimate and contract.

Re-tile entry way as well as repair some drywall and paint. Quick and efficient , did the work as promised without delays.

I hired Mario & Jesus and to repair 4 window sills and also do some interior painting and have paid a total of approximately $2400, the last project that they were working on was to convert a door to a window, I have been talking to the office manager Monaca and Jesus and both said that they will send someone out to finish and has not

Mario was great and helpful. The guys he sent over to do the work damaged 2 lights, a lamp, a ceiling fan, a bookcase, broke several dishes and did not say anything, I was constantly finding things that weren't right and then had to tell Mario about it. They promised it would be done in 4 weeks, it's going on 10 weeks and it still isn't finished. He may be stretched too thin across multiple sites, but that made my home suffer.

Rebuilt exterior wall, put in windows and 220 outlet. Rebuilt rotted (peir and beam) bathroom floor. Rebuilt exterior wall. Guys worked very hard, were well supervised and finished early and on budget.

They were very professional and they did a walk-thru on the entire project so that their would be no misunderstandings. They completed the project as stated and did as they promised. This is definitely a good company to work with on future projects.

Very well executed my project for the best pricing by far. The team and management is excellent. They are thorough in the work and very good workers. The company has skill in various areas and have people to execute them. Would love to hire them again.

Would not recommend to hire and will be cross posting on Google / Angie's List / BBB. Look elsewhere for workers... Please Read Below: 1) Manager was combative and ended our relationship yelling at my wife over the phone and refusing to come in person to pick up his payment. Ended up sending one of his workers because he couldn't face facts that his employees did a terrible job. 2) Other then one gentlemen who saved the project, ALL of the other works were completely untrained and unqualified for the work performed (painting, drywall install, minor demo work) 3) Constant revolving door of people coming in and then quitting the next day 4) Left my wood cabinetry damaged in a very visible way and was unwilling to own it and fix it. Damaged window treatments and light fixtures and walked away from the job without fixing. 5) Left my house a mess and got upset when we asked for a simple mop/sweep of the house at the end of the job. 6) Never taped anything properly so now we have paint all over our window frames and floors. 7) Subpar work on a number of areas that we required to be fixed before paying the final invoice. (painting, trim, drywall, etc.) 8) Attempted to charge for work completed 2 weeks prior after agreeing to no fee (installing insulation in the walls) in order to recoup losses from a project that overran time/budget. 9) Manager happily took on additional work we requested but had no idea of the cost or time commitment to do the job. Job ended up running over by 2 weeks. 10) I ended up having to put together a home inspection report to show all the areas that needed to be completed/fixed prior to final payment. Maybe 50% were addressed before he refused to come back. This report is available upon request to show "quality of work"

They did a good job and their rates are very competitive. They went over a little on the plan scheduled, but did a quality work with no surprise charges. I will hire them again.

Quality of work was top notch. Prices were more than fair. These guys were dedicated to get the job done with quality and on time. Great work!

The only reason I cannot give this company a five star all the way through is because they forgot to cover the carpeted area and tile and equipment in the garage - so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning up: power washing the floor, tile and steam cleaning carpeted area. As far as the quality of the work - it was well done.

my clean painter did an excellent job and checked up on it even after they were finished..id highly recommend them

Dry wall was great but everything else was terrible. Wrong base boards (crown molding )were ordered and put in with out even measuring. We did not have crown molding as the baseboard and what was put in was attached to the original base boards and did not fit and was cut without measuring. I had to pay another company to come and redo the base board with the correct board and pay to have the crown molding taken off. Carpeting was not done properly. Carpet was cut that didn't need to be and replaced with old and new carpet pieced together and not tacked down or cut to fit. Padding was showing and tape had to replace the carpet sooner than we wanted to because of this.
