"We recently completed a home addition, and working with Greg with Success Construction was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. As an interior designer, I have a strong eye for detail and high expectations—and he exceeded them all. He was professional, ethical, and transparent throughout the entire process, with straightforward pricing and no surprises. His on-site crew was equally impressive: friendly, hardworking, punctual, and they kept the workspace incredibly tidy, which made a big difference for our family living in the home during construction. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality work with an eye for craftsmanship and integrity."

"I recently had my garage reconstructed after a tree fell on it during Hurricane Beryl, and working with Bernardo was an excellent experience. Bernardo is not only professional but also a pleasure to work with. He assembled a skilled team, with each member specializing in different aspects of the job, which made a noticeable difference in the quality of the final result. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Bernardo was punctual, communicated well, and honored all commitments. I highly recommend him for any reconstruction or remodeling needs!"

"They did a good job."

"Iconic Custom Home Builders met with us to understand our kitchen remodel. They took notes and listened to what was important to us. Their quote matched our asks and was detailed in sections for each of our asks. Other quotes we received were bundled and we were not able to pair the project down with noticeable savings. Iconic's quote was not bundled and we appreciated the level of detail in their quote. We signed the agreement and the work began within 2 weeks. They were very prompt every day. They did excellent work with high degree of attention to details. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, they did an excellent job keeping the dust inside the construction area with ceiling to floor temporary plastic barriers. They completed on time, on schedule with the original project timeline. With Iconic you know you have found a reputable, reliable contractor. We would highly recommend and will use them again."

"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

"The crew showed up on time, were very courteous, made every attempt to confine the debris, did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done."

"I was impressed by this company?s efficiency. They said the job will take 4 days. On the fourth day, our bathroom renovation was complete. Pleased with this company?s performance, definitely recommend for future jobs."

"This handled renderings for the HOA process and got my project approved. Did a great job matching the brick of our older house and now I have a second garage area that will work great. Planning on other projects in the future and will use Legacy to help me with those also."
