Called Kenneth after calling other local plumbers to replace shut off valves to my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly on the phone. He kept me updated on his timeline of arrival. As soon as he stepped out of his truck, he handed me his business card and introduced himself. He took his boots off outside so he didnâ t track in mud from all the rain. He told me every step that he was doing in the process, cleaned up the area, and made sure all was good before leaving! Kenneth was the only person I could find that would come out day before a holiday. He took pics, video of leaking pipe and explained in detail the ssue and the fix. He is very personable as well.
