Plumber showed up well within the two hour window of our appointment. We discussed the work, he gave me a price and we agreed to the service. He had to leave to pick up parts. He returned about an hour later, performed all of the necessary work quickly without making a mess. He was personable and efficient. Both toilets are now in perfect working order.
