"tl;dr: Great guys! Fast work and great communication skills. Long version: We had 3 guys come out to give us an estimate on a covered deck. The first two guys gave a wildly high number and said they'd send me a rendering (never did). Then Terry from T5T came out, looked at the backyard gave us some ideas, asked us what we wanted and gave us a great quote (within the range we were willing to spend). That was on saturday, and on Monday we received the plot rendering and sent it to our HOA. He told it us it would take 4 weeks for the HOA to approve and 6 weeks for the city approve (estimates were surprising spot on!). Once we received the approvals on a Thursday, they were out on Friday and done on Monday (that's including taking the weekend off!). The builders were fast, professional, and cleaned up well after. We even added another project with T5T when they were done. And Terry is always available by cell if you need him which is great with the 6 week wait time. Highly recommend!"

"Real Rating: 4.5 We used LFM to remodel our house, including our kitchen and main bathroom and closet. They also installed new floors, painted walls, removed popcorn ceilings, and updated the guest bathroom. We unexpectedly had to replace all of the wiring and insulation but those kinds of issues can be expected when you remodel a house built in the 70's. We worked with Arie and Justin. We used the WhatsUp app for communication, which was helpful. There were some challenges with communication; however, once those got resolved, things went smoothly.
