"Don't even look at another moving company for your move. I used a different company and they were a disaster! 1. They hired two men who had never moved before. That was immediately obvious to me. These guys took so long to move (by the hour of course) and I only got half our items moved. 2. They ruined my one-of-a- kind table with scratches all over. It was a very small table easy to move and now looks like sh*t! I finally reached out to Advantage Austin Movers, I had used them before but forgot their name. Once we reconnected it all went like clockwork! Very pleased with the guys who showed up, and they did a terrific job in the time estimated. Do not be fooled by companies that hire people off the streets, with zero experience, who rack up the hours and get nothing done and wreck your prized possessions."

"We had a great experience with NorthStar Moving Company when we moved from Los Angeles to another city 90 miles away. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we got our estimate via a video call (which was our request). I was satisfied that we were getting a good price with a professional company. I had many calls with Ron prior to the call to discuss the details of the upcoming move and he was always very honest and fair with me. On the morning of the move, the 4 man team arrived on time, and they all wore masks which we had requested. The team leader, Emmanuel, was so accommodating and polite. All the guys worked hard and were very careful with our things. We really appreciated their efforts and the fact that none of our belongings were damaged in the move.
