I am so grateful for Terry and T5T Contracting. From the moment I met Terry, I knew he was the real deal—down-to-earth, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. His family has been in the business for years, and it’s clear he understands what homeowners need during a renovation. Terry is prompt and timely in his communications, and he showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the process. Living in a home during a renovation is not for the faint of heart, and inevitably, challenges come up. What stood out to me is how Terry always addressed concerns quickly and thoroughly, correcting any issues with professionalism and care. The subcontractors that T5T works with are also excellent. Every single person who came into my home arrived on time, was fully prepared, respectful of my home, and delivered truly outstanding work. That level of consistency gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process.

We originally contacted Terry at T5T to discuss a detached garage, which eventually turned into the garage, extended patio, screened-in porch and pergola. T5T did a great job of turning our sketches into reality at a fair price. At each step of the way, the crews were skilled, efficient and very respectful of the property. Terry does a great job of communicating throughout the project and we are extremely happy with the results.

I hired Terry to build a 14'x20' lean to box building with no windows on an existing concrete slab. The slab wasn't checked for level and the building went up without addressing the issue. The slab issue was my fault, but I think a professional should check before building on anything. If someone is concerned for their product I think that person should say I can't build on that because it has an issue. I also understand time is money and once he started i was locked in. I am writing this to help the next guy. A slab check would have taken a minute and this is why it was so grievious to me.

Terry was fantastic! He priced my project between $20-25k less than competitors and did more than what would have been done with the others. He kept me updated. There were a couple of setbacks but in a project for a split garage with a room, that's bound to happen. He went over everything with me. I could text him whenever and he would get back to me ASAP. We love our garage and room! It was beautiful when it was all done and works perfectly! In the room, we put in 2 windows and a split AC unit. The garage only had the garage door so he went above and beyond and got us a battery in case of a power outage. I highly recommend T5T Contracting, LLC.

Terry was timely, professional, and had amazing attention to detail. Detached garage matched the house perfectly and the project went flawlessly. We will definitely contact them again when it is time to do out awning or any other projects we may have.

Terry did an outstanding job for us. He followed our sketch for a well pump house and finished the job in 4 days 10x14 x 8 high hardy plank with stone bottom 3?, Door, shingle roof, insulation, lighting, Power. Great job Highly recommend them

Easily one of the best companies I have worked with. Terry was super responsive, very informative and obviously knows his craft. We had an old, detoriating pergola on a house we just purchased and had 4 companies quote us. Terry was the only one to quote the same day and was the lowest price of all of them. Options were easy to select and T5T was there from start to finish, took care of everything. The work was quoted to be a full day but the crew got it done in less than 5 hours, very impressive. Payment was a breeze and absolutely no surprises. We are very happy with the work and great service provided. Would highly recommend T5T and will definitely use them in the future.

Terryâ s team built a shed in the corner of my back yard. I asked him to put it as close to the fence as possible and he built it in pieces and painted it so it could tuck back in the corner. Super nice.

Terry was a hit from the moment he showed up at the house to hear and see first-hand what we were looking to build. He understood our vision, advised us without talking down to us, and was generally just a pleasant person to talk to. We felt like he was always available, and he responded promptly to all of our questions as we considered what to do for our new deck and covered pergola. Once we agreed on a price and a time, he promptly provided everything I needed to get an HOA permit, and followed up as soon as I got it to set a date. His crew showed up on time, in good shape, and ready to tackle the job - with Terry there every day to supervise and guide them as needed. They were all very respectful and accommodating of our questions and thoughts as the work progressed. It also felt like they worked fast but accurately, and the end result is exactly what were were hoping for when we were just dreaming about it. I would hire T5T again in a heartbeat. Terry with T5T did a beautiful deck for us! He and his crew were on the job early each morning and worked very hard throughout the day. The quality of his work is excellent, very friendly and explained the process to us completely. We highly recommend Terry for any job you need done and we will definitely use him for future projects!!!!

Terry and his team did a great job. The bridge they built is beautiful and sturdy and exactly what we talked about. I would absolutely recommend them.

Terry was always available. He monitored the job daily. One of the best crews I have seen. Cleaned up after the project was finished. They worked as a team and knew what the next steps were. No slack time in project. Project was completed on time. Very nice looking Deck with ramp. They also put a new roof on the mobile home. Very professional and quality work. Would not hesitate using them again.

Terry and his team were professional and responsive. He was great at communicating and always available. If we needed to contact him, heâ d answer or weâ d hear back from him soon after. He was on site every day. They did a quality job and you could tell they were proud of their work. We are finally able to enjoy our deck. I wouldnâ t hesitate hiring them again. tl;dr: Great guys! Fast work and great communication skills. Long version: We had 3 guys come out to give us an estimate on a covered deck. The first two guys gave a wildly high number and said they'd send me a rendering (never did). Then Terry from T5T came out, looked at the backyard gave us some ideas, asked us what we wanted and gave us a great quote (within the range we were willing to spend). That was on saturday, and on Monday we received the plot rendering and sent it to our HOA. He told it us it would take 4 weeks for the HOA to approve and 6 weeks for the city approve (estimates were surprising spot on!). Once we received the approvals on a Thursday, they were out on Friday and done on Monday (that's including taking the weekend off!). The builders were fast, professional, and cleaned up well after. We even added another project with T5T when they were done. And Terry is always available by cell if you need him which is great with the 6 week wait time. Highly recommend!

This company did outstanding work. The workers work on time every day and their craftsmanship was exceptional. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I am very pleased with the end result.

I'm satisfied with the job they did. They worked fast and completed the job that we discussed beforehand. I would recommend them for future projects.

We had some very detailed/complex requirements for building our outdoor living space that many people wouldn't even bid on the project. Terry not only came in at a great price, and great quality, but went above and beyond in problem solving. He came up solutions that not even my designers had thought off. We are very happy with the results. I'll be coming back to T5T for all my projects.

Discussing the job was quick and the price was within the budget. We had one small disagreement as the shed was built for my ride on mower and no ramp was made. Not a big deal as I can do this myself. The shed was build in two days including the paint. I had to cut the door trims after a few weeks to make the doors close properly due to wood expansion and apply foam sealant all around to make it impermeable. Also, I added a few screws here and there to make it stronger, some at the aluminum roof which lacked a few. Hutto has strong winds and I do not want the roof to fly into my neighbors. I think I will add a panel at the ceiling and reinstall the aluminum roof on top of it to make it more sturdy. I want this thing to last as much as possible, so I do not have to replace it too soon. Despite the above, I do recommend T5T. They are quick, fit your needs to their already busy schedule, keep you informed on progress with daily updates, and more. Overall, a great experience and I got what I needed.

T5T did a great job building my 6' privacy fence and storage building. They do quality work and get the job done quick. I would recommend them for any building or construction job and will continue to use them in the future.
