"A dear trusted friend who knew Ernest via her corporate account highly recommended him. When I called him, he offered to come over right away for a free inspection. He determined that I did not have termites and provided recommendations for clearing what could have become a fly infestation. And did not charge me for the visit or advice. He will be the first person I call for any pest control and I will recommend him to everyone I know."

"Customer service was excellent. The owner explained the rodent elimination process in great detail. When the technician came to seal the cracks and check entry points he explained in detail. We were not able to get the spray that covered the house that day. The technician was suppose to reschedule but did not. As time passed, I forgot about it. Getting rid of rodents and keeping them away is a costly project but I I haven't seen any since the house was sealed. They also offer an annual check, with a renewal fee, which I hope to take advantage of."
"I have been using Real Green for both pest control and lawn fertilization for a couple of years now. Really have had no excitement from insects over that period and that is what you hope for. Lawn has looked great as well. We had one instance where we had a patch of lawn with some weeds and they were here twice a week until the weeds were gone. Very committed to their performance and very focused on resolution when necessary. Great job!"
"We have (had depending on when you read this) in our chimney. Our landlord wanted to block their entry / exit and let the babies die. We just wanted to re-home. We called another pest control service whose answer was "probably barn swallows, can't touch'em *click*". Tom Samples's reached out to us via Home Advisor and gave us all the information we needed to ensure that not only did the birds get to live a happy life, but how to watch for when they leave and how to make sure more don't come in. The tech on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be reaching out again for any other pest control needs."
"The BEST pest control company. Hassle free and addresses all of our concerns with great professionalism, attention to detail, prompt responses, and education to clients. Beyond 5 star service!"
For Austin’s climate, choose insect treatment products that withstand heat and humidity, such as granular insecticides for fire ants, gel baits for cockroaches, and residual sprays for mosquitoes. Use termite bait stations and foam treatments for long-term protection. For rodents, install metal mesh and weatherproof sealants at entry points. Always select tamper-resistant bait stations to enhance safety, especially in homes with children or pets.
