He: replaced mailbox post and installed house numbers; cleaned and painted lamppost; patched broken concrete; repaired and painted yard house door and wall; replaced every HVAC vent; replaced translucent plastic panels below fluorescent kitchen lights; repaired and painted bedroom, bathroom and family-room walls and "popcorn" ceilings; painted walls and shelves in pantry; replaced pull-down attic stairs; touched up stain on kitchen cabinets; painted edges of front porch to match bricks; power-washed siding and foundation on back of house; replaced weather stripping around utility room door; cleaned and repainted porch-light fixture; made and installed new trim molding in kitchen; disposed of old and excess paint. "tl;dr: Great guys! Fast work and great communication skills. Long version: We had 3 guys come out to give us an estimate on a covered deck. The first two guys gave a wildly high number and said they'd send me a rendering (never did). Then Terry from T5T came out, looked at the backyard gave us some ideas, asked us what we wanted and gave us a great quote (within the range we were willing to spend). That was on saturday, and on Monday we received the plot rendering and sent it to our HOA. He told it us it would take 4 weeks for the HOA to approve and 6 weeks for the city approve (estimates were surprising spot on!). Once we received the approvals on a Thursday, they were out on Friday and done on Monday (that's including taking the weekend off!). The builders were fast, professional, and cleaned up well after. We even added another project with T5T when they were done. And Terry is always available by cell if you need him which is great with the 6 week wait time. Highly recommend!"

"Mr. Handyman sent Marty and he was fantastic! He showed up on time and was ready to put on his booties when I said, "Nah, you don't need those--I have all tile and hardwoods in the house." But he was prepared nonetheless. I gave Marty the rundown of what I needed (and even had a sheet with everything written down because I changed a few things since I initially called Mr. Handyman. No problem--Marty could flex with the changes. We hadn't moved in yet, so our house was basically empty, so  I then went to work and completely trusted Marty to work in the house while I was away. When I came back at the end of the work day, I did a walk through with Marty and everything looked great. He came by the next morning at the same time and on time. Marty noticed that I couldn't put in some light fixtures in the bathroom where I wanted to move them because of pipes. Thank goodness he figured that out and he and I troubleshooted how we'd do it. (I ended up changing how I was going to do the lighting.) When he finished that day he did a walk through with  me to show me everything. I couldn't have been more pleased. He also cleaned up everything, and so there wasn't any debris left in my home. 
A few weeks later after our painters had re-painted the interior, I also had Marty come back to do more work (install the new ceiling fans, install some very heavy and beautiful wooden medicine cabinets, finished the install of the lighting in the bathroom, and put in two new faucets in the master bathroom.) That job, too, totaled around $1200.
There was one time Marty got stuck on another job and couldn't make it to my place to remove a built-in medicine cabinet that needed removing before our painters came, so Mr. Handyman sent Wally. He was great too! He removed the cabinet and patched up the wall with texture to match our wall's texture and you can't even tell there used to be something there. That job was roughly $250.
I would call Mr. Handyman in a heartbeat again. And I would definitely request Marty or even Wally.

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."
