"James goes above and beyond when it comes customer service. He works diligently, knows his trade, and is a good person. I bought a new garage door from Lowe's and James was the installer. Since on live in Rockport, the door had to meet Windstorm requirements. The problem was that the opener I bought wouldn't work with the door.
