"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"

"Roger was able to make my front yard beautiful. After 6 years I still get compliments on it. I even awarded a “Most Beautiful Home” award from my City. I had a drain issue that caused mold to grow on my brick walkway. It became very slippery and became quite dangerous. Roger was able to solve the drainage issue. His workers arrived on time, were polite, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with Express Landscaping Inc. Roger was able to solve that problem. I am near the Colby Trail there is a large amount of walking traffic on my street. People compliment me constantly on how beautiful my front landscape looks. I was even honored with a “Most Beautiful Home Award” presented by my City."
