If I could use negative stars, I would. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Contracted DHR to do a new on a vacation home. It was made quite clear that I wanted to be present when roof was put on. My request was ignored and a roof was put on without me being there. I was then pressured by Mr Hood to fund the loan without seeing the finished product. Was also threatened with liens on my property if I didn't fund. As you can tell by the pictures, this is nowhere near acceptable. There is exposed decking board, screws that don't go into anything and a gap in the soffit that goes all the way around the house. There is also light coming in from the peak of the roof...not good. I still don't have any concrete answers from Mr Hood as to what he's going to do to remedy the situation.

First Brandon was here for the estimate. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Then, Bradee and Harry came to do the repair. They were so outstanding, they did more than I expected, everything was so neat and they are just awesome! Hard working, friendly, excellent craftsmen. This is who you should call with your roofing needs.

There are many roofing companies available in East TN: I would recommend that you use anyone other than Daniel Hood Roofing and to educate yourself yourself on the type of person you are doing business with before agreeing to anything. [*** Link removed ***]

Amazing job! My roof replacement was done in a timely manner & the crew cleaned up beautifully. My roof tech came back out after the installation to perform another inspection to make sure everything was installed correctly & there were no nails or trash left behind.

After all the back and forth the insurance called for two independent appraisals which settled in our favor. after approval ,Daniels crew was out here and in one day day it stripped and completed . Excellent work. Daniel is an outstanding young man, and did me an excellent job. I would definitely call on him again for my roofing needs.

Salesman came out inspected the roof gave me a quote to stop the leak. Roofers have been out twice and done work but yet my roof still leaks and now in order to fix the leak Hood roofing wants more money for further work. Is it possible that they quoted low in order to get the job? Hmmmmmm The communications from them to me has been worse the horrible with me constantly having to reach out to them to get answers.

The sales team were very helpful and extremely knowledgable in what they were selling. When it came to the installation of the roof, the crew were very polite and did a very good job. From the time i signed the paperwork to the time the roof was completed was just a matter of days.

They always do good work at a reasonable price. If I ever have a problem they come back to fix it. They're always the first people I call whenever I have a problem at my house. They're my go-to company.

It went flawlessly from start to finish. They were very thorough and communicated very well. I would hire them again.

Daniel came out, knew exactly what the problem was. He gave me free upgrade from a 20 years shingles to a 50 years shingles. Did the job the same day and the clean up was good.

Daniel is one of the best in the business. Extremely knowledgable about roofing systems and cares about quality. There are several companies that can just put on a roof... but if you care about the whole roofing system, look, but most importantly - protecting the investment of your home - then Daniel is your guy!
