"Very seldom do the results from a contractor exceed expectations, but Shawn's performance in renovating this house exceeded mine.  The highest contractor estimate was 50% higher than Shawn's and the other estimate was 22% higher. And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate.   The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring.  From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. His experience makes him an excellent advisor on material selection and he is very competent in scheduling and managing materials, subcontractors, and his own employees. I will definitely use Shawn's services as a general contractor again."

"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "Everything went fine. I like the new look from the cheap builders to a really nice system. There were delays. I'm sure there were other emergencies that were beyond their control as well but we also had some weather issues too. They were good. With the inside work, their clean up people weren't very good about putting it exactly the way it was. We found paint chips because they had to shave some paint off the ceiling. I picked up some paint chips and they didn't clean up as good as what they said they would do. There was nothing I was totally dissatisfied, it was just that I wish they had been a little more detailed. I'm extremely detailed. I'm an engineer and I'm very picky. There were some things that I wish that they had been more diligent about but overall, they were good."
