"Very seldom do the results from a contractor exceed expectations, but Shawn's performance in renovating this house exceeded mine.  The highest contractor estimate was 50% higher than Shawn's and the other estimate was 22% higher. And the best part, the finished project cost was 17% under his estimate.   The estimated time frame from all contractors was expected to be 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of the underflooring.  From the date I gave Shawn keys to the house to the day he returned the keys for the new locks was 30 days. Shawn is very easy to work with and will do what you want to do. His experience makes him an excellent advisor on material selection and he is very competent in scheduling and managing materials, subcontractors, and his own employees. I will definitely use Shawn's services as a general contractor again."

I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "We own this house in Knoxville, but we live in Ohio. I called Kent, and he immediately went out to take a look.
Due to a near by pine tree, whose needles fall on roof, three truss ends and four plywood pieces had rotted, and shingles in this area needed to be replaced.. He called me the next day with details and estimate. He told me the rest of the roof was in good condition. He started the work the day following our agreement and even had his crew trim the tree back a little. It looks great, job well done and finished quickly during this wet season. His price was good and I really liked how quickly he got his crew started. I would definitely hire again!
