Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better.
