I like their punctuality, attention to detail and professionalism.  It was perfect; I like their communication and it was a really good experience.

They said freon couldn't be added because of the condensing coil having a leak. Said, I needed a new air conditioning unit. A second opinion found evaporator coil leak, added freon and it worked fine the rest of the summer.

This company is fantastic. They called me this morning to let me know that Justin the technician was on his way. He was so professional and courteous. He had my unit fixed in about 15 min. I was so worried it would be something major, but it wasn't. I have used this company before and I highly recommend them. Their prices are good, but I really liked the guy who came out. He did such a great job.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and knowledgable. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within a short amount of time, especially since he had the replacement part on-hand. A little pricey for the time spent, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than others.

My overall experience with them was excellent. They showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. The final result was exactly what I was expecting. They were very professional. I could not be happier with them!

I am in the construction business and could speak in the same language as them. I was impressed with them. They were very reasonably priced and responsive. The guy I spoke to came out the very next day. He was professional. I was talking to him about the inside of the unit and I wanted to get it checked. I know that other people would not have known that. He asked me the age of the unit and narrowed down some of the possible problems. I was very pleased with their service and would call them again if necessary.

Called and as it is VERY busy due to high temps, the service tech (Justin) came out promptly. He diagnosed the problem when I explained the symptoms (after having several others look at the problem in the past - intermittent). He replaced the contacter and implemented a work-around at that time which gave us consistently working AC (awesome) until the board arrived. He returned today and installed the control board in short order. The cost, in my view, was very reasonable.

I have tried to work with the contractor for years now waiting on him to finish my unit. This never happened and now I am told there is no warranty on my unit because he installed a commercial and not a residential unit. My paperwork clearly states a 10 year warranty but the contractor will not honor it. I am going to have to install a new system but will definitely use a different contractor.

.I had other people come in and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. They came in and found out what was wrong and fixed it. They are very reasonable.

I have been using them for many years and he is very honest. He knows his job well and fixes the problem. I like their services and will use the same in future.

He was doing a decade service. I think it was really positive and really good. The guy who came out just didn't do the service he also explained things to us. We had water collecting and he explained to us how we could do it without getting him back and spending money on it. He was great and really helpful.

Very efficient, professional, and friendly. We've had Central City Heating and Air Conditioning service our unit in the past and have been extremely satisfied with their staff and work. We would not consider using any other company based upon this and past experiences.

The service when I first called Central City was wondeful. I called and told them what I was seeing with my a/c not working and they worked with me on scheduling a time so I could be there and miss a minimal amount of work time. The serviceman was very nice and made sure that everything was in working order before he left. He took the time to explain to me about my a/c and since I have recently bought the house, it was very helpful to me. He replaced a faulty relay and everything is in perfect working order now. I would definitely recommend Central City!
