Triton Stone of Knoxville

Shae from Shae's design (review pending) met me at the store and walked me through some options for my kitchen backsplash and worked with Riley from Blue Galaxy Granite (search review) for countertops. Angie at Triton also took time with me to find tile for my bathroom. She was very helpful. I did purchase my kitchen tile but not by bath tile. However, I would absolutely use them again for another project.

Went great

We didn't get there until 4 o'clock and they close at 5, but they were able to get us into the warehouse and we made a mad dash through the warehouse and picked out 4-5 different ones and then settled down on one that we got. They were very good at helping us in that short period of time.

Their plumbing department has made everything go smoothly. They saved me thousands of dollars by going through them. They have a couple of guys who have been in plumbing for decades are very knowledgeable. Other companies did not have the level of expertise that they had. An example would be replacing a shower and tub faucet. Another company wanted to dig through the wall and replace the pipes. When Triton provided the estimate, they were able to explain that they had a faucet that they did not need to dig through the wall to install and saving drywall and paint costs. When people come into our kitchen and see the backsplash, they are blown away at how nice it is. Their plumbing department is a well kept secret and they do a great job.

They have a granite and marble slab warehouse. You can pick out your slab of granite. They sold my granite out from under me. I had picked out everything to match the granite, and then they said that they were gone. They claimed that the hold tags blew off. I found that their business ethics were questionable and their customer care, when that did happen to me, was extremely poor. I would not recommend anyone buy granite or marble from them.
