"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The project went well! Eric was punctual and did an excellent job replacing my old deck. This deck is built so much better than my old deck! He made an excellent suggestion about how to place the steps, so that it maximized my backyard space...something I wouldn't have thought of doing! Some of the siding on my house was damaged in places where the old deck had been, so Eric offered to replace the damaged siding. At the last minute, I decided I wanted a gate for the deck (installed at the top of the steps, since I have dogs). He built one and installed it without complaints!!! I will definitely contact him when future projects come up!"

"I call Ron and his employees the "dream team". Due to erosion and carpenter bee damage, I had to have my porch completely rebuilt. Ron was recommended to my by Mike with Diversified Enclosures. This was the best thing that could have happened. Several companies said they would come over and give me an estimate, but they never showed up. Mike was there when he said he would be, and so was Ron.

.Ron did  all of the coordinating for me with everyone else involved with the project. He always kept me informed on what would happen next.  He was careful with costs and made sure the work was done correctly.  His crew were some of the hardest workers I've seen.  They didn't stop for the day until it was too dark to see.!

My roof is beautiful, my porch is solid, and I am one happy customer.
