"Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. The dealer, where we bought it, did not know how to clean it. It looks like we just had it installed. We think he’s the best ever! Very professional, friendly, and fairly priced."

Many homeowners in Knoxville are unaware that there is a cost-effective, permanent, and cosmetically beautiful flooring solution that provides years of durable use across different areas of the home. Garage floors, basements, and more are often susceptible to water leaks and require bothersome maintenance after heavy rains. Additionally, many homeowners avoid their basements due to their dingy and drab appearance, regardless of dampness. The solution to both scenarios is a professionally installed, Industrial-Grade Epoxy/Polyaspartic Floor.\nA durable, easy-to-clean, and beautiful alternative to bare concrete, tile, or carpeting, our coating systems allow Knoxville homeowners to "take back their home." Epoxy is the ideal choice to revive your residential spaces, transforming them from a state of deterioration, bugs, mice, and odors to a functional and appealing area. This flooring solution will make homeowners actually want to use one of the largest areas in their home again.

"Garage Experts completed this job for me a few weeks ago. We could not be any more satisfied. They showed up as scheduled, got some existing cracks and a broken edge repaired. Then the floor was reworked to remove all the previous sealers etc. This part of the process is what the common DIY project usually miss and it is one of the most important. Then the magic happened, and we got a great looking floor. It looks like a “ formal garage”🤣👍if there is such a thing. We would definitely recommend for future projects residential or commercial."

"Let me apologize now because this will be a lengthy review. We purchased a cabin in Cosby, TN (we live in Ohio) that was a total gut that had been started by the previous owner. We located Frank (JR - J and LRenovations) through Home Advisor. We were skeptical about hiring anyone we were not able to be around to oversee because we live out of the state. We met up with Frank (JR)and his lovely wife Lucille initially to discuss a leak in the roof. He brought his work truck and fixed the leak in the roof and refused to let us pay him. We knew then we had the right person for the job. We discussed our vision and everything we wanted and left things in his capable hands. I cannot begin to tell you the scope of work that was needed for this renovation. He completed everything we asked for from, tongue and groove walls and ceiling, electrical, laying tile and LVP flooring, plumbing, door, and cabinet installation, spraying the walls with poly, building steps, tearing out old fireplaces, spreading gravel and so much more! There are too many things to list! He even made it a point to be there when we had furniture delivered and counters installed so we did not have to make the trip down! Now that is someone who goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. He worked seven days a week and even on holidays (no we did not ask him to do this). His work ethic and craftsmanship are exceptional! This was a huge job for one person. We could not be happier with the end product. He went above and beyond our expectations, is a man of his word and truly cares about your property, his quality of work, and his customers. I cannot say enough great things about him and I encourage you to reach out to him for all of your home improvement needs. Not only do we have someone we can trust we will share a friendship for years to come. We cannot thank him enough!"
