I'm sure no one is delighted with the news of a tree growing through the main sewer line in the yard, but we were quite relieved that not only could the technician take care of the problem for us- he could do it right then. I more than pleased for several reasons. They were up front and honest about everything that needed to be done, bot more importantly- they were able to handle the situation of me being out of town and both my wife and me being extremely nervous about the entire situation.
