"I am sorry to see this response. We provided excellent service which you communicated orally and in written format so I am surprised to see this. The only area of concern was the dehumidifier, which we came out to look at again on more than one occasion. The unit is performing per the specifications. As discussed, we do not manufacture or distributed it, rather, we pick it up and install it for you. I have provided you with the number of the distributor and I would again suggest that you reach out to them with any concerns. Best of luck!"

"When you agree to a contract, you have to complete your end of the bargain, both parties. Facts: a) all aspects of the contract were completed as agreed upon, b) additional work was completed at a cost of $2000+ and you were not charged, c) a discount was provided for something that wasn't even on the contract, d) we worked with your insurance company to assist with getting you a claim, d) we identified a significant structural issue while doing our work and made sure it was completed prior to completing our work, e) we rearranged our schedule to meet the changes along the way. We exceeded all agreed upon terms! There are times when a contractor takes advantage of a customer, and times when a customer takes advantage of a contractor. In this case, you took advantage of us! You received an abundance of additional work for free and did not even want to pay for the contractual work. It is a shame when you deal with unreasonable people but, it does happen.
