"Hi [Member Name Removed], We are sorry for the poor communication of our sales representative. The salesman in question was on vacation from 7/16/2022 - 7/24/2022. We understand that his lack of replies must have been frustrating. Let us know how to proceed. We are willing to discount the estimate in order to compensate for the inconvenience of the experience. Sincerely, Crawlspaces and More (770) 530-0898"
"We apologize for the slow response in scheduling your project. Do to this virus chaos we have had to rework some previously scheduled projects and some of our install team has decided to stay home during this quarantine period. Thank you for your patience. We will work to gain your confidence when doing your project. Sincerely, Jim and Lynn Briley"
"[Member Name Removed] It’s our apology that it took a while for you to get in touch with us. We had changed some of the contact information. So you guys were trying to contact me on my cell phone and we have a one 800 number for just the warranty work. Once you guys call that number we were able to get right to you. Again sorry for any confusion. This number should be on the bottom of your invoice but if it is not I apologize and we will make sure that future customers have that information"
"Thank you, we are glad you are pleased with our SmartDrain Basement solution! It was a pleasure working with you."
"Thank you! We are glad our waterproofing and encapsulation work has exceeded your expectations."
"We are glad to have met your standards! We'd love more work in the Sandy Springs area, so this review means a lot to us."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! It was wonderful working with you."
"This is Jordan. We have a 800 number for warranty repairs. The first time you called I was out of the country and then you texted me calling me a liar. Now I don't mind helping our customers, that's what I do here, but I'm not the owner of the company. What you basically did was the equivalent of harassing the bag-boy at Publix because your favorite item is out of stock. That is why I blocked your number. You could have still called the stated warranty number or called Jim. I'm not a trash can for verbal abuse and you should think about treating people like humans rather than ants next time you have a problem. Also, I'm sure Jim didn't rush out to "fix" the leak because, per your own words, it wasn't actually leaking. 6 days is not a long time to have someone come out to investigate something that isn't even a problem. We've had a lot of rain and you never saw water in 2 years, thanks for the "fair" review. This was for a crack repair in an unfinished basement."
"Thank you for reviewing us! I'm glad our leveling, waterproofing, and concrete has made your crawlspace into a useful basement storage area."
"So glad you're happy with your new concrete crawlspace!"
"Thank you! We are so glad you are pleased with our services. We appreciate the review and best wishes as you move into your home."
"Thank you! We appreciate your business. We enjoyed working with you. -Jim & Jordan"
