Communication was great throughout the process. The only issue we ran in to was having materials delivered. Charlie let me know as soon as that happened, and worked quickly to find another supplier. I had 3 graders and my builder questioning why he cut the land the way he did. We had a land slide after Helene. The culvert he put at the top of the property was too high to drain anything and water would sit near the home until it evaporated. I discussed all of this with him and he said he would come out and fix it. He never fixed it. I paid another grader to reslope the land so it could drain properly. "
