I am a certified mold inspector with over 5 years experience with the removal and prevention of mold in your home or under your home. We offer professional services with affordable prices. We are not a franchised company so we can offer top quality services for way less than any of our competitors. We provide visual inspections, indoor air testing, we remove and replace code compliant insulation, perform mold removal, install moisture barriers, full encapsulations, sump pumps, waterproofing basement and interior and exterior French drains. A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days. When they re-tested we got the lab results back showing an 89% reduction in total spore counts, now well below acceptable limits. And so we did not end up having to rip up the carpet or LVT flooring or take other drastic measures. Both tenants in the affected area have told me they feel better and can tell a definite difference in the air quality. I would definitely recommend Moisture Solutions to come out and test if you ever have a situation like this, even if you can't see any damage - they have the expertise and the ability to take care of even unseen problems for you!

What a great experience! I had no hesitation hiring Josh and Sarah after meeting them and hearing their recommendations for remediation. I thought my problem was in the attic but after a thorough inspection, the issue was clearly in the crawl space. Josh, Sarah and crew were very thorough and efficient and took the time to go the extra mile to assess mid-stream to make additional adjustments. I am so pleased with the finished product. Amazing communication before and during the job. Showed up on time and did and awesome job cleaning out the mold. Cleaned up all the debris and even made sure to sweep up our driveway when they finished. Would definitely hire again.

We had an issue where our subfloor was saturated with moisture and completely covered our crawlspace with mold. We thought we were going to have to rip out our kitchen and subfloor. Moisture Solutions responded quickly and offered short term and long term solutions to our situation. We didn't have to rip anything out, saving tons of money, and now our crawlspace looked better than the day we purchased our home.

I could not ask for a better response to my concerns about possible mold under a rental house I own. Josh listened to my concerns (and those of the occupants)made recommendations based on his experiences and quickly and efficiently completed the work! Very professional and knowledgeable!! Had a leak in my roof and didn't realize it until the dreaded mold was everywhere!! Called Moisture Solutions and the guy came out and quoted me a price that i felt was very reasonable. He cut out all the mold, treated the "whole" house, and it was very quickly. We installed a 10ml thick poly plastic under the home achieving 100% ground coverage with all seams taped and sealed to stop this problem.
