The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. "Falcone is my go-to company for foundation repairs. I settled with them out of 3 bids, and they were the only company not to belittle another company. Eric and his crew kept everything peaceful and clean! We didn’t barely know they were here until the last day of work with some slight banging lol My floors are now beautifully leveled! The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! From my understanding this is a family owned company and I’m glad we went with them! 10/10 would recommend!"

"This is the second time I have used MA Design and Construction for a project in my house. Both times were great. For the most recent job, they framed up a partially finished basement, added carpet, leveled the ceiling, added a door and electrical outlets and insulated and painted the walls. The finished product looked great. I have found them super easy to work with - they are always very responsive to any questions that I have and they are great about communicating. I plan to have them do additional work for us in the future."
